Just before he takes off, red flashing can be seen with black smoke surrounding it. He had black smoke trailing as he took off and the red lightning around him. He was in a hurry to get out of dodge. Almost like is was going to be late for a party or something

I can't remember if I ever did an investigate dialogue with Matsuo on Noveria. I know for sure I haven't done one after getting the garage pass from Anoleus by ratting out Opold. (I do remember her getting all mad when I helped Gianna arrest Anoleus.) Anyway, here is her dialogue with Anoleus still in charge of Noveria.

The first two reapers that land in Vancouver fire their laser into the ground when landing before firing on the committee and the Alliance ship. When we see Harbinger lands, he doesn't fire his laser into the ground, he just lands and proceed to fire on everyone. Also, from what I've seen, Harbinger is the only reaper that takes off like an airplane instead of taking off straight up like Sovereign and the reapers in control and synthesis

I am not sure just going off memory. It was at the end of one of the visions and it was taking off from what looked like a park. Since Javik was underground when this happens not sure why he has memories of it.

Wow. I have zero memory of ANY of that. It's so humbling. You think you've seen everything ME has to offer and then you realize there's all this out there that you never even heard of. I am humbled, shamed, and excited to play again.
I think, however, that I will alter my Shepard's appearance a little this time around. I cannot help but notice that almost every Shepard I have seen... has the same hair cut. I feel so unoriginal when so many Shepards look like similar to mine. Maybe I'll go with the 'Sarge' haircut, despite its butchering in ME3... hm.

Actually this was one of my biggest peeves about Kasumi's graybox scene. His memories are all viewed from a third person cinematic camera for dramatic effect instead of being, you know, from his eyes. Considering that all his memories should be from his perspective... I question why she'd want them. She's only going to be seeing herself, not him. Kinky.
If you save the colony on Feros, then after the mission is done you can find a bunch of colonists, including some named colonists like Ian Newstead and the Blakes, in the freighter laying on cots. But if you kill off all the colonists, then there won't be any colonists in the freighter.
Seeing how this thread is over 100 pages long I am sure someone has mentioned this but after what 8 years of ME1 being out I just realized that at the end of Eden Prime at the beacon you can actually go behind it and get some dialog about the scorched ground from Sovereign taking off. For some reason I always thought that the cutscene was triggered by getting close to it. Amazing what one can miss after playing a game countless amount of times.

During the Rachni mission, when the spore pods are destroyed, no swarmers come out of them, but after fighting the second batch of rachni and uglies, swarmers pop out of the pods. After talking with Dagg/Grunt, the pods are called Gestation pods and swarmers will come out of them when destroyed.
Since I know some people haven't seen this, here are two more dialogues with Captain Matsuo.

One thing I just noticed is you can't get back into the garage even though there are a couple of Turian guards in there. You can get back into the SI office. Also, I believe you can only loot Anoleus's wall safe after he is arrested.

Yeah, I noticed those Turians by the Garage too... IIRC, the Garage doesn't even have a "Red *Locked* Button", you just can't prompt.
Now, about Anoleis, I'm not sure... I always looted his safe immediatly after his arrest.
If you look out the window of the Purgatory prison ship, you can see Erinle. It is shrouded in darkness - the station is in orbit but it is currently on the night side of the planet. If you look carefully, you can see the stars obscured by a large black silhouette - that's the planet. Hard to notice, but surprising attention to detail.

If you take Tali and Kaidan on the rescue Koris mission, Shepard and Kaidan will have dialogue talking about Geth outposts. This happens shortly after exiting the shuttle. This was done on a default playthrough so the dialogue might be different from a save import. I also chose Kaidan first and then Tali when picking squadmates for the mission

I've never had her and Shepard had any dialogue between each other about that. I know she gets some with James if both are taken on the mission
