If it wasn't for EDI, Shepard wouldn't have made it to the Citadel, as she would've died on Cronos Station.
And if the clown got to an escape pod when he had the chance instead of having "I can save the ship" mentality, Shepard would never of died at the beginning of ME2.
It didn't need to be on Chronos. All it had to do was tell Shepard what terminal to go to and what to enter in the ternimal.

I just aimed the pistol at his back and didn't shoot. Mordin gave a slight nod of acknowledgement in the elevator Shepard then threw away the pistol while walking away. Seemed quite fitting to the moment

I've just discovered that you don't need to fire a single round in order to beat the 9999 score at the Armax Arsenal Arena...just leave it to your squadmates (Wrex and Grunt are my favs for those kind of matches), while you hide and revive them. I'm getting consistent 10k points that way 
It's also fun as hell to see them getting smashed to the ground every time. Grunt is particularly unlucky in that matter
James has another different pull-up comment after Sur'Kesh and gets the same line all the way to the end after Priority Tuchanka
His final scene without shooting him is emotional enough for me. Hell, it was tough enough betraying Wrex, and turning on Tali last time, heh.Why not? It is perhaps the most dramatic and emotional part of the entire trilogy.
Male Shepard does not scream "Steeeeevee!!!" if you never asked Cortez about the audio recording he listens to (which gets kinda annoying since you're forced to listen to it every time you go to the Shuttle Bay). He screams "Cortez!".

Let me just say something... Playing as a Femshep Isn't what I expected... I think her Voice-Acting got worse in ME3... ME2 was fine.
But, oh, Mark Meer... That guy is great! I only played as a Femshep because of Garrus' Romance and seeing how it went out with a Different protagonist. Also, because people said that Jennifer Hale's Voice Acting was better than Mark Meer's... On that, we disagree.
Never anymore I'm gonna play as a FemShep. Never.

Ashley/Kaidan switch places depending on if you're playing as male or female Shepard. I'm playing as femshep for the first time, and Ashley was in Kaidan's usual spot after Eden Prime.

I noticed that not too long ago as well. Guess they wanted to make sure your potential LI would be there right as you walked out of the medbay.
