When listening to Galactic News on the Citadel, it will mention that witnesses have reported seeing Shepard on Omega even if he/she hasn't visited Omega yet.

Well, TIM dropped some 'subtle' hints about Shepard being alive and working for him...

Okay, it's not about what I discovered in the game, but at work today. I work in a business that has internet orders, so sometimes I have to create address labels for the various courier companies. Today I had to make a label for a Mrs. Shepard, directly followed by someone who lived in Normandy Avenue. What a weird coincidence!

Just thought I'd share that...

This is very interesting to me, as it is super duper heavily implied (but never directly stated) by the lore that in addition to the Cord-Hislop Aerospace company, TIM likely is a major shareholder in both Exo-Geni and Binary Helix.

I wish they would have elucidated TIM's capitalist nature more in the games. In the books it is made clear that Cerberus is far more infiltrative than the games make apparent before ME3 (and so it gives the appearance that it came out of nowhere). In reality, corporations reign supreme in the Alliance, and Cerberus has its tendrils in all of the most influential ones.

Didn't they state that one of those companies is a front for Cerberus in one of the novels?  Or is that a totally different company?

Cord-Hislop is a Cerberus front. The symbol associated with Cerberus, is the Cord-Hislop corporate logo.

That's pure conjecture, btw.

Some Weird Conspiracy stuff:

So this is the Cerberus logo as introduced in ME2:

Cerberuslogo.png

However, this is unused logo for Binary Helix in ME1, only seen in the art of Mass Effect, seems pretty similar to the logo above.

256px_BH.png

To make it even more interesting, this was the logo of Cerberus Skunworks, a company that is in ME1 but can only be unlocked by pc cheats:

Cerberus.jpg

And then in ME3, this is the logo seen on the Volus Dreadnought:

WA_VolusDreadnought.png

Apart from the colours, it is strikingly similiar in shape.

I never noticed it before so its new to me, on the Citadel DLC when Wrex becomes a selectable part of your squad, the Cycle Appearances button does nothing to change his appearance <_<

I did not even know he had a Cycle Appearance option. Shows how little I use him since I think he sucks as a squadmate.

As mentioned, Cord-Hislop is TIM's primary front company, and it is the most powerful starship manufacturer in Alliance space, securing highly top secret government contracts (such as the Normandy construction). They are analogous to a futuristic Boeing.

But, we know TIM has other front companies, and it is stated that these are very powerful, well known and influential companies. Evidence from ME1 supports that Cerberus has great influence inside both Binary Helix and Exo-Geni. It's conjecture, but probable when you consider the sort of access they have and tech they can acquire that TIM is a major shareholder of both (although Saren owns the majority of Binary Helix's shares).

And yes, it is conjecture that the Cerberus logo is the Cord - Hislop logo, but literally nothing else makes sense. They brandish it on their ships and clothing and no one even gives them a second glance.

I suspect it might just be an oversight, the button is there but it serves no function (for Wrex anyway), i can cycle through everyone else though. And what you got against Wrex? I thought he was an awesome squadmate

What sucks about Wrex is that he doesn't teach you Stimulant Pack >:-(

What sucks about Wrex is that he spams StimPacks like a junkie and then doesn't have any grenades, and he's forgotten how to Warp.

Wrex makes the shuttle wait much easier. I just level him up and unleash on the enemies. Everyone gets focused on the big krogan and I shoot them from safety :D

Pretty much what BurningBlood says. His grenades are probably his best power for comboing with Shepard, but he never has any since he burns through his Stim Packs like a chain smoker.  And because he likes to get into melee range, he tends to die way too quick for my liking.

So generally I prefer taking other squadmates since their power sets are more useful to me.

You know, in my last playthrough with Wrex, he actually died in that segment. I had just commented that you need to level him up right away, but once you do that he almost never dies, and then BAM, he goes and dies anyway. I was shocked.

Before talking with Tali after destroying the colossus, head back to Kal'Reegar and he will say "Nice job. Now get to Tali. I'll just be a minute"

Not sure if this has been mentioned.

If Tali is recruited before the collector ship mission and get the upgrade from her for the shields, she will mention the collectors cut through the Normandy's barriers last time before even knowing that it was the collectors that destroyed the SR1

In those cases where the Collectors are mentioned as responsible for the destruction of the SR-1 (and Tali's case is not the only time) I think we have to assume that at some point people figured out the Collectors were responsible and our protagonist and others were informed of this off screen. I believe there was even a thread about this dealing with how Shepard knew it was the Collectors before they even get to the Collector Ship.

I usually fully level Barrier, Krogan Battlemaster and Stimulant Packs. I use Max Shields, Duration and Survival for Stimulant Packs so he gets extra melee damage bonus. He also seemed to use next pack only after the duration of the first runs out.

Certainly some good points, Wrex does go through Stim packs like crazy but i think it just adds to the awesome that is Wrex. Some may disagree but ohhh well! :P

In my latest playthrough of ME1 I discovered that I can give Schells device to Doran in Chora's Den.

In Noveria if you go to the Hot Labs before confronting Benezia you can ask Mira if she saw an Asari and if Liara is in the squad, Mira will reply that there is an Asari next to Shepard.

In ME2 I've recently found out that you can go into Donovan's Hock private quarters by sneaking through the windows instead of using the Chief Roe's deception. This will prompt a confrontation with three guards outside the windows.

You will be confronted by two more guards while you are gathering Hock's DNA.

What I noticed yesterday is that if you the leviathan described in Job 47 has many similarities to the Reaper and if you take that into the consideration, the Leviathans from Mass Effect would be considered God, or the Old Gods having ' crushed the head of the leviathan', this leviathan being the reaper they were able to kill
