Here's some old news but totally important
Krogan's aren't the only ones with Charge. In ME2 you can storm into enemies and it does damage to them. Seems to take effect from melee bonus, at least my Kestrel armor with 30% melee boost did more damage than another char without it.
The real down side is that the trigger for it is really poor. Had to storm into an enemy multiple times just to see it happen once.
I don't remember if I've ever noticed this in ME3.

ME1 never continues to surprise me. 20+ playthroughs and I have discovered something new.
Eden Prime. After Sovereign takes off and you kill the husks and geth in the area. Before discovering Nhilus' body and talking with Cole, from the path you enter from, I took a hard left to the top of hill and realized Ash and Kaiden were shooting at what seemed to be thin air. Then I looked down the scope of my sniper rifle and found one of the Geth Colossus from the pathway further up was actually in view and fully killable.
I had always thought they spawned after the Cole convo.
Just heard some lines from Kahlee Sanders I had never heard before because I always moved too fast to hear them. This dialogue is in the hallway just before entering the room where Shepard meets Jack. (Not sure if Jack needs to be dead to hear this dialogue. She is dead in this clip.)

I've heard that dialogue. It wasn't very smart of her to reveal her location and to mention Shepard was there to rescue them though by that time I'm sure Cerberus knew Shepard was at Grissom

Yup. Don't know exactly when I first discovered this, but since then every one of my Shepards has taken it out via SR.
When looking at the Normandy on Illium, 4 freighters can be seen

I just found out via someone's Let's Play that if you complete ME3 then load up your completed save and do the Citadel DLC, Brooks has a different line when talking about TIM.
Instead of saying "He's a ruthless madman whereas I'm just ruthless." she says "He's indoctrinated where I prefer the whispers in my head to be my own."
You can get those lines before completing the game. I don't know what triggers each line though.
It's always funny when Morinth in battle using Dominate says "Feel the power of Ardat-Yakshi."

When Miranda says she will lead the fireteam, Jacob will say, "Miranda, I respect your skills as a leader, but most of the crew don't like you." or something similiar. Never heard him say that before. I've heard Jack, Garrus and even Samara say something to her, but not Jacob. I had both Garrus and Jack dead and Samara not recruited
Another is I had Mordin lead the 2nd fireteam by himself. He would say, "Close combat. Problematic." "Need assistance." "Losing blood."

It may be a post-Sanctuary thing, since many people go directly from Sanctuary to Kronos. I'm not sure, but I think I've heard the "TIM's indoctrinated' line before, and I always play Citadel before the end.
Amusingly, playing Citadel after Sanctuary can also have Shepard giving away the entire planned surprise assault on the Cerberus HQ in a public conversation to a stranger. I think it's during Traynor's Space-Chess match...

I started the Citadel DLC mission immediately after Priority: Thessia and got the indoctrinated line. I wasn't aware that there was an alternative line for that scene, actually.

Did anyone try playing Omega after Sanctuary? Does anything change when investigating Adjutants if you already have the info from Sanctuary?

You just need to hit one. He also says "Hell of a wake up call" on second hit.
