That's only when I talk too him too these days.
Bioware practically force a Shepard/Jacob romance to the point it becomes painful to watch.
I do kind of like Jacob as a character but I just can't put up with the forced flirting.
My last session of ME2, I did the same thing you guys did: Barely talked to him except for the upgrade and loyalty mission. I'm glad that just the name alone kept me from romancing him in ME2 the first time, because I would have been rather...unhappy in ME3, to say the least.
Jacob is a family name, so hearing Shep breathlessly say his name my first time through was nauseating to me. Her tone wasn't as flirtatious once I got it through Shepard's head that I didn't want to do his romance, but it's too forced up to that point. I've avoided most of the conversations with him past what I need to for the SM on subsequent completions of the game.

Interesting. I wonder if this means they were initially thinking of having a DAO-like assault on the beam?
That would have been awesome.

During my first visit to Ashley in the hospital, she briefly opens her eyes right before the doctor comes in. I ended up restarting my game yesterday (I posted screenshots in another thread) and I wasn't able to grab a screenshot of it either time. Still, kinda creepy. I don't know if Kaidan does it, but I will keep an eye out next time I play through the series and leave the poor guy alive.

While not the first character to do so, Vega was the first companion in the ME games to drop a f-bomb. The character Iron Bull in DA:I, also voiced by FPJ, is the first to drop the f-bomb in the DA series. I think someone likes hearing Freddie cuss. ![]()

Kill it! KILL IT WITH FIRE! Both the creepy grin and Ashley's zombie eyes.

Jack says it in ME2
<facepalm>
I should have caught that.
Okay, he's the first non former prisoner or merc in the ME series to drop the f-bomb, and I think he's the party member in ME3 to do it. I know that Jack is censored in that game. I still think that someone enjoys hearing Freddy from Scooby Doo drop the f-bomb.

Okay, Iwanted to read the whole thread, but 138 pages is a little too much for me, so I hope it hasn't been postet too recently at least...
I just played through the ME3-Citadel-DLC and while strolling through the casino I had two encounters that I haven't seen before.
The first one is rather obvious - I don't know why I missed it the first two times - on the upper level where you meet up with Joker at another time, there is a meet up with Wrex to be had. I almost died laughing when he complained about all the sex he's getting and shoves an Icepack down his armor, because he's all sore from all the action. He says some incredible lines here.
Found it on YouTube:
The second one was me noticing a strange... thingy on the side of a piece of furniture - when examining it a scene is triggered where Kasumi and a gang of Salarians are in to loot the casino. That one was quite funny as well, but I was really lucky to spot it at all.
Found it on YouTube as well, even showing the location:

On Palaven, I didn't realize there's something big happening at the background. A dreadnought was flying straight at the reaper and exploded under it.

That ship did not fly under the Reaper. It was shooting at the Reaper and the Reaper shot back and destroyed it. You can see the ship shooting at the Reaper for some time before you run into those soldiers who tell you where the Primarch is.

I don't know why that ship had to get closer to the reaper while firing at it. It wasn't doing any damage so moving closer wasn't going to make a difference. If it stayed in the same spot when first seen, it may never of being destroyed

In Joker's speech when he is trying to impress the Bartender in the citadel meetup he says 'Welcome to my Island' - a reference to the Island of Doctor Moreau I suspect.

There is another small difference that I can recall - facial animations when replying "It's the Reapers. And we're not ready for them. Not by a long shot" to Anderson during the prologue.
Male Shepard gets a close up to his face. Femshep briefly looks to the side, like if contemplating the options, before speaking the line
I just looked at the opening again and FemShep does not give the sideways glance when choosing the Paragon response. I think that is only the Renegade response. I could check again, though.

So I just finished Priority: Tuchunka and got the conversation with the salarian councilor. Knowing that Citadel II was waiting for me, I popped downstairs into the armory to look for any mod and weapon upgrades. When I opened one of the stores (don't remember which one,) there was a Cerberus gun for sale. I found that interesting, because prior to that point any Cerberus guns I had acquired were from missions. I've been doing a lot of screenshots this time, so I've been paying attention to smaller details I haven't before. Between that and the 95% increase in traffic to the Widow nebula, I thought it was a great bit of foreshadowing about what the player was going to find when they went to talk to the councilor about Udina.

I don't think that is foreshadowing, but a bug.
I bought that weapon one time thinking I would get a free upgrade when I picked it up during the Coup. Instead, it just wasn't there. So it is best not to buy it (unless you really like it) since you are going to get it free the next time you go back to the Citadel.

Too late.
It's fine though, I have the creds for it. It may be a bug, but I'll call it...unintentional foreshadowing. In any case, it added a bit of flavor for me.
