This:
My impatient ass always skips the credits.
It always seemed odd to me, the way that song had nothing to do with the game at all and yet still fit so perfectly with my mood when the game was over.

Also, for the first time, Liara was in the intro of ME2. Must be because I finally romanced her in ME1 after about ten playthroughs. Usually it's the VS.

Personally, I think it has everything to do with the game.
*offers no reasons why*
The few times I played as maleshep, I was paragon. Most of my femshep playthroughs are renegade
Wrong hand, Alenko!
There is another point in Mass Effect 3 where someone else gives a left-handed salute. It has been so long since I've played the game that I can't recall where it was.

Femshep just does Renegade better. I think it's the voice.
The few times I played as maleshep, I was paragon. Most of my femshep playthroughs are renegade
This is actually a trend I discovered among my male friends who played Mass Effect. One even went so far as to make his paragon BroShep look like himself, and his renegade FemShep look like his wife ("Babe, you said she looked like me, why does she have all those hideous scars?"). My working theory is that my friends and I identify more closely with the paragon outlook, so it's easier for us to play renegade when Shep's sex is different from our own since that puts more headspace between us and the character.

I just go for Renegade or Paragade malesheps. Vanguards and Soldiers. If anything, I identify with Earthborn a bit, because I used to run with gangs... and even had those funny moments where it catches up with you later in life (like that guy in ME1). But I like the idea of a Renegade growing out of his troubles.
On Menae, another planet or could be a moon, is seen in the distance
As I was approaching the camp where Victus is, I stayed near the entrance while Garrus and James entered the camp and Garrus had a line of dialogue I never heard before, though right now I can't remember what he said, and then a moment later both exited the camp to join me. I entered the camp and faced fewer enemies then usual.
On Menae, another planet or could be a moon, is seen in the distance
Since the description on Menae indicates it is Palaven's "largest" moon, I have always assumed that was another of Palaven's moons.
The music that plays during Thane's death scene in the hospital is not on the soundtrack (need to youtube it later).
Edit: Here it is, I love it ![]()
Got the scene James/Mako vs Steve/Hammerhead today, it was way too funny. It's awesome that they each describe the absolute worst features (meaning everything I hated about these two
) of the vehicles. I laughed so hard.
"I'm Garrus Vakarian and this is now my favourite spot on the Citadel" after shooting the bottles with him and miss on purpose - nice reference to ME2 when Shep endorses the shops ![]()
I'm sure folks may know this
When approaching Traynor after getting Victus, she will say something happening on deck 3. If you click on her she will say "I'm trying to restart the systems, but something's blocking me. Whatever's happening, it's taken edi offline."
Maybe not so much discovered, but more like re-discovered.
I played briefly with my (currently) only Shepard that allowed Morinth to survive the Suicide Mission. Then in the Ardat-Yakshi Monastery, he got to ask Falere this question:
"The last Ardat-Yakshi I met could handle herself in a fight. How about you?"
Something I didn't know. To get the armor modkit intel, the shadow broker dlc has to be completed
Spoiler
Makes sense. Feron isn't alive if you didn't do LotSB. (Or is he? I forget.)
I only just found out (thanks to one of aoibhealfae's videos) that Colonist Shepard, during the "I Remember Me" mission, will explain that his/her family fought against the Batarians and were hit by an artillery strike, which left Shepard buried in rubble. That's how the Alliance found him/her.
I chose the Paragon response on that part, and she never mentioned that! Love that little tidbit of information though.
It's nothing significant, but I was just replaying the Eden Prime mission on ME1 and noticed that the Prothean beacon has a green beam coming out of the top that extends pretty high into the sky. I just kind of chuckled at myself for not noticing that before.
OK, I don't know if this was a one-off thing, or this regularly happens, but I was just fighting Saren on the AA tower and in the middle of the fight I saw Kaidan plinking away with his pistol. I was so surprised I kinda forgot about Saren and just watched Kaidan blasting away.

If the player doesn't have the DLC, he was killed by the Shadow Broker when Liara showed up. Liara, meanwhile, grabbed an entire merc squad and went in with a lot of brute force. Naturally everyone but her died.
I met with Captain Ventralis at Rift Station and at the end of the dialogue the Rachni pop up. I used a Singularity on them and it apparently sent one into a wall, or through the floor. In any event, it was unreachable, so I just decided to press on and not worry about it. I talked to Dr. Cohen about making an antidote and had to go back to talk to Captain Ventralis to get his permission to enter the quarantine lab. That's when I discovered this dialogue I didn't know existed.

I've done that a few times, just never went back to hear the dialogue. I might do that the next time I play ME1
