If you take Ashley/Kaidan on the turian bomb mission without Garrus, they will mention Virmire, but if Garrus is with them on the mission, he talks about Victus junior sacrificing himself with nothing said by Ashley/Kaidan about Virmire

I've finally confirmed that if you don't bring your LI to the clone fight in the Citadel DLC, they have something unique to say.
Liara and Ashley seem to have dialogue priority over the dextro LIs, so if you romanced Garrus or Tali you'll have to bring both along to hear it.
Here's Tali's dialogue for comparison:
On a side note, Vanguard is a ton of fun for this fight.

I just discovered that Administrator Anoleis's time is worth 12 credits a minute. Considering Shepard can earn 100 times more than that just by opening up one crate, is it any wonder he is corrupt?
I also recorded Maeko Matsuo's dialogue on smuggling after Shepard picks up the package for Opold.

After reading that If you don't have Garrus or Liara as part of the squad when doing the Virmire mission then Wrex automatically backs down I decided I wanted to see how that plays out. "Odd" is the word I would use.
I also just noticed that Shepard leaves footprints in the sand on Virmire. Also note that Shepard is still carrying a shotgun in her hand after her confrontation with Wrex, and has one on her back as well.

Rats. I just found out that you cannot tell Anoleis that Gianna is with internal affairs if you do the Lorik Quin quest after completing the Peak 15 stuff. The whole reason I flew back to Noveria in the first place was to try to earn some more renegade points. Meanwhile, Gianna is pissed that she might have to wear a dress for the next 6 months since I gave the evidence to Quin. She should be happy she's not dead!

God, Citadel DLC has so many little choice details, even if they're not hugely plot impactful or anything. Gives me hope for the next game. I tend to think Cit DLC was a testing bed.

OK, this one surprised me. You can talk to Anoleis about what happened up at Peak 15, assuming he is still around. "You get near a point, tell me." lol
Spoiler
Nice catch, I'm sure I never would have seen this otherwise.

In ME3 when Tali is finally in the deck3 with adams her talks with Garrus will be different depending on Garrus being recruited in ME1 or not. She will want to know of the worst enemy they fought and garrus will pick one that happened prior to her recruitment in ME2. Then she will say that this is not fair, as if she had chosen one they fought while garrus was simply waiting on the citadel.
Also, when you hit the geth dreadnought if you take a female shepard romancing garrus along with tali, garrus will mention the dextro-chocolate dr michel gave him (I think she needs to be onboard and have her missions in ME1 done). Tali will warn shepard to be on guard against the doctor. Very funny line.
Also, in the AI/Legion´s mission with holograms of the quarians of centuries before using helmets, a shepard who romanced tali ME2 will answer differently when asked how many quarians he has seen without helmets.
I think I hit a bug. I tried to go to dr. bryson´s office from the fast access terminal on purgatory, and landed there alright. But it was time for me to leave, instead of returning to the normandy operations deck, I returned to purgatory.
If you influenced Kasumi to keep Keiji´s data and choose the synthesis ending, Keiji will appear to her as a holographic recreation.

I persuaded Mordin that the krogan isn't ready for the cure (Wreav is the head of Clan Urdnot) (I cannot kill Wrex) and realized that his name isn't on the memorial wall naturally but noone has a comment about it. Noone realized that ![]()

I never romanced Garrus, but he still mentions the chocolate. Dr.Michel does not have to be on the Normandy for that line to be mentioned

Yes, but Tali warning Shepard about Michel is new to me since I have never romanced Garrus. (or seen a full play through with a Garrusmance.)

I just put together a compilation of all the dialogue differences I could find by doing "From Ashes" after Thessia.
Spoiler
I've done that shortly after ME3 was released and I did it again last night. I'm a little surprised that Shepard doesn't mention Vendetta to Javik

After the shuttle is disabled during the Leviathan dlc, Shepard looks around with her weapon at waist level instead of it being at eye level
When Shepard is talking with Leviathan she is seen with a nose bleed in the mech, but when out of it, there is no nose bleed

If you do the sparring with James and both him and Shepard get a bloody nose from taking/not taking certain interrupts, Shepard's nosebleed will be gone after that. But if you talk to James again right away, he still has the nosebleed
Yeah, Shepard also has a disappearing nosebleed after getting beaten by Khalisah Al-Jilani

Shepard has magical nosebleeds that disappear offscreen. ![]()

On Menae, when fighting the brute and running away towards Victus' location, the subtitle displays:
Shepard: Commander! We can't let the barricade fall!
But it's James who says the sentence ![]()

Yeah. The subtitles goof in a few places.
I was watching a ME3 playthrough last night and the subtitles kept flickering between Krogan Corpse and Rachni Queen when she was talking.

At the very end of the Omega DLC, as Bray and Shepard are leaving and just before the door closes, you can see a Turian dragging a struggling Cerberus Trooper away by his feet. (Not sure it makes a difference, but I had the Aria Paragon speech ending). First time I noticed this. I think it may be a similar or same animation used at Grissom Academy when a Cerberus Trooper is dragging away one of the students.

I just checked my renegade version and the Turian is still there dragging the Cerberus trooper. I also compared it to the Grissom animation and it does appear to be the same. Makes sense; why pay for a new animation when you have one you can reuse.

Returns for the shuttle, then disappears again.
As an aside, I bloody love that mission, especially the atmosphere on the ship.

After reading in this thread that Udina will have comments after each major plot world mission is completed in ME1, I decided to put together a compilation of these post-mission comments:
Virmire (1:23)
Feros (1:50)
Therum (:30)
Noveria (1:20)

After Shepard wakes up in ME2: Arrival, look around after putting your armor back on. There is a console with a voice recording from one of the lab techs about the horrible recurring dream she keeps having - implying that this recurring dream was tied to Object Rho and indoctrination .
(ahem - cough cough)
