If I recall, it is a video file you can watch outside of the game. You just have to find the file in the game files. I am not sure what it is called though.

I had a look at this and then stayed for the video after that about Shepard being indoctrinated along the course of the games. He makes some good points. Would be interested in hearing what you guys think.

My thoughts is that if Shepard is indoctrinated, then Garrus is as well. Take away the arrival dlc, and Garrus has been exposed as much as Shepard. He's the only character that can be with Shepard for nearly the entire trilogy
I didn't realize I had snubbed the council in ME1. Joker's conversation with Liara does change from the usual cynical Shadow Broker talk.
J : Meeting with the council don't go too well huh?
L : It was less than ideal

I never once lingered around Huerta Memorial enough to hear the whole story, so I only now realized that an asari huntress killed Joker's little sister.
Did Joker lose his entire family? At one point I think he thought his sister was alive but not his father, unless I got them mixed up. (And yes, I did only just finish the trilogy so no, I haven't been hanging around the forums.)

When fighting with James, both can end up with a blood coming out of their left nostril. If the player decides to talk with Vega right after the fight, his left nostril is still bloody while Shepard has no blood from her/his left nostril

Also, only the Paragon choice at the beginning of the sparring by female Shepard (her saying she has her share of scars) results in a slightly different sentence and a slightly longer laugh from James. I love all these little differences for FemShep 
Mordin's little "held the line" line after dying leading the second squad in the suicide mission. Though that was a nice shout back to his time rolling with Kirrahe(who's also dead this time around) The Salarians be dying this time, including the councilor.
No real in game discovery but when I did the beam run today and harbinger shot everything around me, I thought to myself "So that´s how the pyjaks felt when I was shooting them with missiles on Tuchanka."
It's a shame most people miss the asari commando thing. The game needed more of that sort of personal loss.
I wish ME3 inserted more Shepard's personal loss. It made sense for Earthborn Shepard to feel awful and desperate to save earth and ME3 did default with Earthborn Shepard in mind... but there's absolutely no explanation for Colonist and Spacer Shep to be more conflicted about Earth than actual Earthborn's in the crew; Kaidan and James. Kaidan did watch his city burn and there's no breakdown???
I thought having Hannah Shepard killed in the beginning of the game would've made it more interesting. Revenge for my mommy, you reaper bastard.
In Mass Effect 2, i never took Grunt to come with me when getting Mordin as i always used to take Garrus and Jacob or Miranda, however with Garrus and Grunt, after speaking with the Batarian victim and Garrus coughed, Grunt was all *Coughs* "Blarrghh! I DONT GET SICK!" , I thought this was funny and worth mentioning

I dunno. Kaiden does have a moment where he seems to be grieving a bit in the lounge when he talks about his father being MIA.
Well Kaidan had a lot of time in the hospital to compose and Vega seems to be the kind of person who hides stuff behind a tough mask and posturing. He still wanted to jump into a shuttle and go back until you reached the Citadel even when one more soldier doesn´t make much of a difference.
And well we see Shepard´s dialogue all the time of course and him talking with the aliens about Earth.

At least with Vega, we have a chapter in Mass Effect Homeworlds where he reminisced about his past and his family on earth while he was waiting at the embassy. Ashley have an additional memorial scene at the Citadel and most of her conversations deals with her family. Even Garrus have a clear resolution to his family situation on Palaven.
We didn't know exactly whether Kaidan's dad was really dead, he's just MIA and we didn't know what happened to his mom afterwards. The only time where I could see him being emotional about Earth was during Thessia where he defended Shepard after Liara said "I can't be that callous about my own people", during the run to Outpost Tykis where he said to use the rage to keep on going and his disbelief about London in ruins. I'm not complaining that he kept it all together (he was Shepard's rock after all), just wanted more content where I could sooth his angst and pamper him.. that's all
