Is it a critical failure or can you go on?

Yes. The game starts back at the last save

Oh eh wow, didn´t knew that there was a cutscene.

I did not either. Never even thought to go look past the beacon.

The second post on the first page someone mentioned that cutscene

Cool. But I'm not reading a 173-page thread that's been going over a year.

How hard is it to look at the first page?

Until my friend told me, I didn't at all notice that the screaming head we find in Dr. Bryson's lab looks exactly like the unmasked Cerberus trooper we find on Mars. Which doesn't make it any less creepy.

The Renegade options when Liara comes to your cabin in ME2 are very good in fact.
The second squadmate is waiting for you at the corridor behind Joker while Joker is talking with Legion before latter's loyalty mission.

only noticed these today and  made a thread about them that will probably be ignored. doesnt matter.   ME3.

After Cerberu attacks the Citidal there is a "Private Talavi" in docking bay D24 asking to be assigned to a place she can fight reapers and not cerberus because her moron brother joiined Cerberus. well. on the planet sancuary (the first N7 mission from trainer)  you get is before getting the turian primarch where you get the med-gel research for hannar. there are 2 diary entries from a "C. Talavi" who is clearly private Talavis brother.

also

at the hospital you have that Asari at the begining wanting a gun while she talks to the shrink.  if you listen carefully. you will notice things.

she was on the planet Tiptree

She met a farm girl age 15

she killed the farm girl to avoid being discovered.

Later after Thesia is lost. joker make s ajoke Shepard gets angry and joer tells shepard about this little colony with his father and sister on it. and how the reapers wiped it off the map. how he hopes his sister Gunny (Hilliry) is with the refugees on the Salarian colonies. and she is only 15 years old.

what are the chances Jokers sister is dead?

Not something I just discovered, but something my friends just recently discovered when we were discussing the ME3 endings in a Skype chat:

The Extended Cut epilogue speeches actually have small variations in them depending on your choices in ME3. The control epilogue even takes it a step further and has two almost entirely different speeches depending on your Shepard's alignment (Paragon or Renegade), as well as it factors in whether you cured the genophage or not.

Tiny details like this that make me respect the endings a lot more after the release of the EC. The ramblings of the Starbrat are still an incoherent mess and synthesis is still dumb, but at least the endings are more than just RGB-pick-your-favorite-color now.

True but that ending doesn't take your choices into account, merely your EMS level.

Both control and synthesis have small variations based on your decisions and on top of that the control ending also has variations based on Shepard's alignment.

The only difference in control is if you play paragon or renegade. No big deal. Your ems can be very low or very high and the speech is the same .

What variation does synthesis have?

Destroy does take in account of your choices. The player chooses not to get enough assets and gets the epilogue that fits the assets collected

What variance is there between medium EMS and high EMS destroy exactly?

First of all, I think you're confusing what I'm actually talking about. I wasn't talking about the slides, I was talking about the actual spoken narrative, the speech in the epilogue, and how it changes depending on certain factors.

Control has more differences than that. It has 6 different speeches based on 3 factors: Whether you're paragon or renegade, whether you cured the genophage or didn't and whether Wrex of Wreav leads the krogan.

Synthesis has small variations in EDI's speech based on your Rannoch decision. There are 3 different variations, one for destroying the geth, one for destroying the quarians and one for peace between the geth and quarians.

Destroy has 3 variations based on EMS, but the high-EMS and moderate-EMS are exactly the same, except that with moderate-EMS Hackett also adds that it will take years to rebuild.

You thought wrong. I was talking about the speeches

Can you provide video for these differences?

Its still a variation, right?

Can you provide video for these differences?

- Renegade / Genophage not cured:

 - Renegade / Genophage cured / Wrex as leader:

- Renegade / Genophage cured / Wreav as leader:

- Paragon / Genophage cured / Wrex as leader:

I can't for the love of me find the other Paragon endings because apperantly all Paragon players are plebs and always go for Wrex + curing the genophage, but here on the wiki page you can read how each ending plays out:

She´s dead. One of the writers confirmed that. It´s interesting that Joker mentioned in the conversation after Thessia that the Reapers rolled in two weeks ago. Hm k. You can meet the PTS soldier the first time you are there, after she was on Tiptree for several days, shipped back to the Citadel and being in treat ment for several days it seems. So it was perhaps a week or so fom the end of Prio Mars til the fall of Thessia. ;)

Ok doesn´t make sense. I think the conversation was planned for some time later, it would fit better. It´s a bitweird that you come from Earth, the first strike in the war and met an asari who fought on a small human colony, when the asari didn´t commit to the war at this point.

 During the Omega DLC there is a Turian who is killed by Cerberus troops however upon closer inspection his face is highly disfigured whereas others arent. Glitch perhaps? If not i sure never noticed it until now!

That's  during the first fight after arriving at the Talons outpost, correct?

If so then that Turian looked normal on my PC, when I did that dlc last week.

In that room are 2 wounded Turians 'hidden', who one can heal with medigel. (I previously only ever found one of them.)

Who shoots Ashley/Kaidan?

Liara & James - picked Liara first, she makes a comment about the council when talking with Bailey, James is in the front seat of the skycar, Liara opens the elevator door. No scene showing who shot Ashley. The camera moved to the spot where a squadmate shoots Ashley, but no one was there. I was surprised. Never had that happen before

James & Liara - picked James first - same thing happened as above

James & Garrus - James picked first, Garrus makes comment about council when talking with Bailey, James in front seat of skycar, James opens elevator door. Garrus shoots Ashley

Garrus and James - Garrus picked first - same as above

edi & James - edi picked first, James asks about council when talking with Bailey, James in front seat of skycar, edi opens elevator door, edi shoots Ashley

Garrus & Liara - Liara picked first, Garrus asks Bailey about the council, Liara is in the front seat of the skycar, Liara opens the elevator door, Garrus shoots Ashley

the above is from the same playthrough. I just reloaded a prior save each time I did the mission.

Garrus & James - James shoots Kaidan. this was from another playthrough that I loaded just before the elevator scene

The 3 times Garrus shot Ashley, he was on Shepard's right when exiting the door. He walked behind Shepard in front of the other squadmate to shoot Ashley and just as she died, Garrus is seen back in the same spot before he moved.

If I was to load another character or start another playthrough, the results might be different.

It most likely be different had I recruited Javik.
