Alistair refers to himself as being a king the night before the final battle even if you had a different outcome at the temple on Dantooine.

I took Liara and James to Sur'Kesh. When Mordin shows up, Liara will say, 'You're back with STG?". I got this dialogue from her because I did the broker dlc in ME2. or least I believe that's why.
The playthrough I did before this one, I didn't do the broker dlc, but did see Liara on Illium. She didn't make any comment when Mordin is first seen
I did do a playthrough, however long ago, and heard say that line, but don't recall if I played the dlc
I don't know if anyone had the same happen to them. I might be wrong that playing the dlc is needed for her to say that line. I know when I've taken Garrus and Liara, it was Garrus saying that line.

Bastila and Sten will engage in an argument concerning the role of Circle Jedi in combating the Reaper Blight if you bring them both to the Citadel.

^ Funny.
Liara will comment on your Shepard being in another relationship in LotSB even if the other LI died during the Collector base mission.

Yep. And if you do Jacob's loyalty mission after the Collector Base where Miranda died, she'll still appear at the cutscene with the Illusive Man at the end.

I never knew that. I will have to try that some time

Cool! I've never done that!
I was once able to bring along a supposedly dead Mordin on his loyalty mission post-Suicide Mission.

Omega DLC, Shepard is overloading the reactor, and Nyreen tells him to re-route the power. Shep starts doing that, while Petrovsky starts saying, "You don't have enough time" or something like that. Took the Paragon interrupt and Shepard cuts him off and says,"Well, maybe if I was a dumb grunt" and immediately re-routes the power.
Never seen that Paragon interrupt before, and I've played it with high Paragon in the past. Maybe something to do with Shepard being an engineer? (It's my first engineer-class playthrough.)

So, going through that ending again, I did notice something. In the room where you meet the catalyst, and meet up with Anderson, there are these parts of the walls that look like the main section of Alliance ships.
These things: http://i39.tinypic.com/3532ow7.png
At the very end of those white spires, there's two long black enlongated sections. Look alot like the twin cannons on Alliance cruisers.
Ok, I took a picture of the things I was talking about.

So after you save Eve from Sur'Kesh, you talk to Hackett and he says that R&D has officially begun development.. Yet at the end of the conversation, he looks out a window, and the entire ****** thing is practically built.

It's probably been mentioned, but in the Citadel DLC, if you hang out by the salarian in the freezer, he drops a Blade Runner reference.
The Illusive Man isn't the only head of a fictional shadowy sci-fi organization with a habit of smoking and a mysterious alias.

In ME2, if you take Jacob on Thane's recruitment mission, at the end Thane will say he'll join the mission, free of charge. But, in the very next scene aboard the Normandy, Jacob delivers his "I distrust mercenaries" speech, and still learns for the first time that Thane is doing the mission free of charge, despite being present when Thane was recruited.

Just saw this on fraggle's Warlord vid: Shepard threw out a thermal clip when he died just like NPCs do occasionally. Like its going to do much good at that point. ![]()

Turns out something horrible happened to lions at some point between present day and 2186. When Chakwas and Adams are discussing weather Reapers are living creatures or not, Adams says: "Lions ate their prey alive". So either lions went extinct or vegan, you decide which is worse.

Depending on how you interpret the text/speech, everyone eats their prey alive. Kind of hard to eat when you are dead.

I just found out the name of the stock boy you meet during Thane's loyalty mission by selecting the 3rd paragon option. So here is a pop quiz for die-hard ME2 fans: what is the name of the stock boy who tries to hold you up while you are following Joram Talid?

Doing a semi-speed, non-story-based run has revealed a few new dialogue variations I have not seen before. The following is Pitne For's dialogue if you do not speak to him before meeting Samara.
