The keepers have "protein vats"? What for? Not trolling, am serious. Bailey mentions them when asked about "duct rats" on Thane's loyalty mission.

Yeeeah... that creeped me out when he first said that. My thoughts went south afterward especially during the attack on the Collector's Base and near the end of ME3 when you enter the Citadel.

The protein vats kinda remind me of that Snowpiercer movie. I guess in the future, people can 3D print food.

I just noticed the SB Dossier on Tali has her name listed as vas Normandy even though I haven't done her loyalty mission. Should I tell her now? Or let her find out when we get to the Migrant Fleet?

I discovered that if you go and speak with Samara on the Citadel after the Rannoch mission, she has a different thing to say about Shepard's experience of killing Reapers.

And also, when you find a weapon and choose "Change loadout" with half health, the health bars are filled instantly.

In ME2, I choose to meet Anderson before going through the Omega-4 relay. There's an additional conversation about Geth not being all that bad (if you do Legion's loyalty).

Try taking Legion to the Citadel and talk to the officer right away and to Avina and to the turian selling guns (the one with a very bad attitude). Legion has comments on these, some of them are funny :)
Taking Legion to the Citadel for the first time you get there feels good (to pass from the detector) :) (but at the cost of losing the crew, if you don't use any mods)

I could, for the first time, opened the door just next to the painting of Leviathan in Bryson's office. It happened accidentally. I didn't know it could be opened.
The shower was working, I took a shower there as well. I laughed so hard at this :)

After more than 70 walkthrough, I can still find something new. How amazing. Gotta love this game.

Mass Effect's Paragon/Renegade is a rehash of Jade Empires' Open Palm / Closed Fist.

No, the alignments is based on their Star Wars : Knights of The Old Republic's Light Side and Dark Side. Jade Empire is two years after KOTOR.

I got a new headphones and I realized that the Reaper drum music (when you scan on planets and they came after you) is a tribute to Battlestar Galactica. Didn't feel the beats before this and thought it was normal snare drum but now I swear the bass feels like Taiko drums.

Apparently after Menae, if you didn't talk to James earlier, don't go check on the Primarch and EDI just yet , you can a small conversation about James couldn't tell Garrus apart from any other turian.

In ME2, before Grunt talks about his Loyalty Mission, there are two ways the opening dialogue can go:

If you talk to Grunt first he will start the conversation by telling Shepard something is wrong with him, but if you talk to Kelly Chambers first she will let you know Grunt has a problem and Shepard will start the conversation with Grunt by saying "Chambers said you're tearing up the place. Something wrong?".

I'm not sure if this is the only case, but it's the only time I saw/noticed a difference so far.

Saren's implants flare blue just before he shoots Nihlus. Must have watched that part 20 times and just noticed it a minute ago.

His eyes, jaw and a part of his chest glow there, but not in the previous closeup.

Could it be that he needed a little nudge from Sovereign in order to kill his friend.

I just found out something kind of sad. I received a message stating that Kal'Reegar was killed helping the turians. I don't know if I just never received this message before or if I just didn't see it previously.

I know the Indoctrination Theory is all but debunked, but stay with me here.

During Priority: Earth, after a cinematic, it cuts to the inside of the shuttle (UT-47A Kodiak) where Shepard and crew are in.

The camera angle starts with the yellow caution arrow in view, then zooms out.

As it zooms out, that arrow is pointing to the right, where there is a red triangle with a lightning bolt.

When you have to make the final choice on the Citadel, where is the "Destroy" option?

On the right.

What color is it?

Red.

Call me crazy, but it's almost like the game itself is trying to tell you the "correct" option, assuming the Indoctrination Theory were to be correct.

I know it isn't, and I like the ending(s) we have, but it was just one of those things that makes you think.

I took Jack on Miranda's loyalty mission and got as new bit of dialogue. When Enyala says "I was just waiting for you to finish getting dressed. Or does Cerberus really let you ****** around in that outfit?" Jack replies with "I like her. Are we still recruiting?" and then takes a shot at one of the other Eclipse behind a crate.

Keeper recycling is a good hypothesis.  But my headcanon?  The protein vats are where nutrient paste comes from (as mentioned in Citadel: Crime in Progress, when the quarian mentions spending most nights eating nutrient paste in a turian shelter).

Its full of that.

Like the Geth Dreadnought mission. At the start of it, you're in an area where the left side (blue lighting) might seem clear but its blocked, though it does offer a reward that could be missed otherwise, then the middle (mayyybe vague green-ish lighting? maybe not) is a big pit that would surely kill Shepard to fall into (the 'hull breach'), and you can make the cover climb towards it but you can't go further, though it is the correct direction to raise yourself up, then the right side (red lighting) might seem blocked/wrecked but its open to cross.

I'm sure it means nothing......

Played the Ex-Cerberus Scientists mission a lot today, here's a couple of things I noticed for the first time:

-EDI is the only one from the ME2 crew that Jacob doesn't recognize (obviously), and EDI comments on that. She says that Jacob didn't recognize her and that it might be time for a surprise. Shepard is a killjoy and tells her to focus on the mission. Aw man.

-When skipping some dialogue with Brynn after getting inside, I had a brief glitch where the squad mates want to go downstairs instead of following Brynn and Shepard. Didn't happen all the time though.

Spoiler

-You can take out the Shield Pylon when going up the ladder to fix the satellite with powers (either your own or your squad mates). The 2 Cerberus mooks standing next to it won't react to that even when you do that multiple times :D

-The Cerberus Engineer in front of the satellite tower is called Thompson (one of the Cerberus mooks you fight earlier in this area mentions his name).

-If you leave the Cerberus trooper on the gun on the roof he will be gone automatically when going up the ladder.

-During the AA gun section, the sentence of FemShep asking how progress with the gun repair is is bugged. Even when subtitles are off, the subtitle will be displayed, but there's never any audio.

-Theoretically you can stay in the shuttle bay at the end and fight from there, even the Atlas. Only when you go outside will it be closed and you can't re-enter. But hiding like that is no fun, right? :P

-If this mission is played after Rannoch, the pissing contest Garrus and James have on the Crew Deck will change slightly, depending on what happened on Rannoch. When they talk about how great they are when teaming up, Garrus mentions it if peace was made, and if the geth got wiped out. If the quarians died Garrus refers to stopping Cerberus on the Citadel instead.

I wonder what Jacob would say finding out the hologram is now a platform

One time I didn't move fast enough and the door closed on me leaving  the squadmates to fight Cerberus by themselves. I was able to use medigel when a squadmate went down, but when I ran out, I couldn't do anything. I reloaded, and made sure I went out the door quicker.
