You mean the portable shield generators? I don't think it was worded like that. I do know that I thought waaay too much about it.

It did qualify for something I just discovered though because I hadn't read what was actually on a datapad in years.

I meant the large shields they hold and protect their bodies with (like Knights) and you have to get them to drop them. I always use Pull or Singularity to make them drop the giant shields to the ground.

I love sniping them in the foot  those shields may be large but they don't cover everything!

And then I thought to myself... "Maybe it's time I put this game down..."  :D

I disagree. Just because you could teach a course in biotics when there is no such things as biotics in the real world in no way suggest that you are playing the game too much. ;) Too funny.

The tiny figures were mocked. Like people didn't understand last gen technical limitations. The Thessia screaming was a nice touch, especially since Thessia was especially to show the shock of the all-but-official capital of the galaxy being stomped.

I have no clue about tech limitations but I appreciated the tiny figures. I looked down there expecting to see nothing and instead there were tiny figures which looked real enough to me. It's the little details that create an immersive world.

You see the same running animation on Priority Earth, except it shows soldiers carrying a weapon

When and where do I look?

My fav discovery was the child watching the Reaper, then running into the building, it explodes and the kid miraculously survives only to be blown to bits in an escape shuttle lol no doubt now that kid is only in poor Shep's head. I suspect that weird dream-like moment when Anderson is calling Shep after the Reaper hits him/her in the meeting during the prologue is what started that because the actual child Shep was watching at the start stuck in his/her head.

I didn't catch that one right away either because I was too busy trying to shoot the husks crawling up the building as the kid is running in the building. If you don't start shooting them right away or you miss too much, Anderson says something rude like 'you haven't forgotten how to shoot, have you?'

After killing the uglies inside the building. Someone will say thanks. Look out towards the buildings in the distance. Soldiers are seen running

...Yeah that would make more sense. I was tired when I wrote that last night

My name is Jack, I like to swear and I know a lot about biotics. I'd be perfect for the absolutely non-existent job  ;)

In my current playthrough, I haven't talk with James at all. After the coup, I went and talked with him. He's still doing pullups. A couple lines of dialogue were different. After the fight, he doesn't call Shepard Lola, instead he says, "Maybe the next time with more hitting, less talking.......Commander"

Once I got back to the terminal, I got a message from him inviting him up to the cabin

Play London.

Then NG+ Vancouver.

Easy to consider/fancanon that its all some bizarre loop that's self aware of itself.

"I owe you one." "More than one..."

"Sorry to keep you out of the loop"

"You can't help me.." (YET)

My first time playing ME3 I had Anderson bickering at me lol I love looking at the level designs in games and was so busy studying Vancouver (so many friends there in real life) and wanted to see how accurately it was created, and there's that pesky kid charging off into the building lol

I'm still trying to understand why sometimes Shep is surprised Kaiden is a Major or simply says nothing. Does it depend on an action in ME2 or 1? I beat both many times and transferred each save but she seems to either stare blankly or ask about his promotion.

Shepard is always surprised. Anderson and the rest of the Alliance made no effort to tell Shepard anything. Of course Ashley/Kaidan give lame excuses as to why they didn't visit Shepard when talking with them in the hospital

But the moment the reapers announce their arrival, the Alliance wants to bring Shepard in the loop.

Yeah I get that scene, but sometimes Shepard says nothing and doesn't even talk to Kaiden. She doesn't say "Major?" she just stares and they never speak.

It's based on whether you import or not isn't it? No import = no speaking? I don't know how the comic affects this.

I found the figures absolutely hilarious to be honest. I would have prefered to see nothing there rather than 2D sprites that make it look as if people are running fast while on their sides.

After defeating the 3 geth primes, I had 2 bars of health, but when I faced the reaper, all health bars were filled

I think it does, but each game was imported. I sometimes wonder if half my imports get messed up. I once had Doctor Michel not know who I was in ME3, but I imported a game where I helped her and even got an email from her in ME2.

The MAKO has brake lights.

Why does the MAKO have brake lights? It's a military multiplanetary APC with a cannon, designed for 'off road' use.

WHY does it have BRAKE LIGHTS?!

Mass Effect 3 - Do the Ardat-Yakshi mission as soon as it becomes available. Then don't talk to Samara on the Citadel until after completing Priority Rannoch. When you ask her about tips for fighting the Reapers:

Samara: "Treat them as any other enemy, the Code etc..."

Shepard: "Is that how you see it, too?"

Samara: " An odd question - coming from the Spectre who just killed his third Reaper on Rannoch."

I'm sure most people have seen this, but I just walked in on Joker begging Liara to tell him if her "hair tentacles" move.

Finally pick up Liara in my playthrough after Virmire. lol, she kept thinking Shepard is a figment of her imagination.

"We're here to save your sorry ass. So snap out of it."

"You're rude for a hallucination. My subconscious must want to punish me for being stupid."

I like it when everyone fill in about Eden Prime, Sovereign on Virmire and the cipher on Feros and then when Liara mind meld and reveal about Ilos, there's additional conversation about how she knew about it and then Shepard reveal that she has the coordinate for Mu relay. Somehow I felt this is more appropriate in the narrative as the final clue in the puzzle.

Also, Hale is a lot less mean to Liara than Meer when she threaten to drop Liara's ass back into the volcano. If I recall it right, Meer downright yell at her.

lol I love that one! The first time I played ME I tried to be nice to the council, but in my last playthrough I disconnected a few times and Joker tells Liara about it in ME3 and she goes "Shepard did what!?" Never got that one before
