I decided I wanted to find out what all the non-persuade dialogue options available to Shepard say during the "I remember me" quest in Mass Effect 1. While recording the various options I found out that going strictly paragon or renegade non-persuade will end with Talitha killing herself, but going strictly neutral non-persuade will allow Shepard to sedate Talitha.

I think even with paragon/renegade non-persuade you can sedate her, as long as you back off at least once. But this is from memory and I may not be remembering it correctly.

I use a mix of paragon and renegade, then move closer to her after each question. Then I can persuade her to take the sedative on her own.

The great thing about this dialogue is that Shep's responses can calm her, but not if you're clinging to the "always top / always bottom" characterization.  For example, when she remembers her parents' deaths, the renegade option will calm her while the others will agitate her further; when remembering her capture, neutral works best; paragon works when remembering her rescue by alliance forces.

It was only in the second playthrough that it realized the eyes were weak spots, too.
Since then this one pays heed to the battle cry "Go for the eyes!".

In the Citadel DLC, you'll find Kasumi looking through Shepard's underwear. After an awesomely awkward exchange, walk away but stay within earshot, and you'll hear Kasumi say to herself, "Well, at least they're clean!"

If you are FemShep then Kasumi will mention that she expected a camo pattern.

For the first time I noticed that the light on the mech suit you use in Leviathan breaks and goes out. Shepard gives it a look. 'Mazing. :o

Recorded a video to showcase my theory on how both Anderson and Shepard could get to the same control panel without bumping into each other:

Spoiler

The theory is that the platform where Shepard is teleported to is in a fixed position but the structure rotates around it. The video showcases multiple hallways, all most likely connected to the same central platform. So when Anderson gets there and moves through the hallway, the place then shifts and Shepard sees another empty hallway. This will also make sense considering the number of humans sent up via the beam to be processed - there needs to be a system in place to process those numbers more efficiently and multiple hallways can be a part of that system.

I'm doing a pragmatic run right now and not chatting much with people. It was interesting to hear dialogue I hadn't before from James and Garrus when I first went to talk to them over halfway through the main story.

The most interesting things to me were regarding Sanctuary. First, I had not chatted much at all with Traynor so when I expected her to explain its location, she simply looked down as EDI looked at her. At that point EDI proceeded to explain where Sanctuary was. Then, at the end of the mission, given my choices, no Lawson was alive to track Leng so the Alliance worked on the code and then a call with Hackett is where it's explained where to go.

Needless to say, this story won't end well if you know how poorly I've been taking care of things while being "efficient" and all. ;)

Here's a thread I created about the results of not talking to anyone in ME3

If anyone would make that list, it would be you, themikefest. :) I think you have played this trilogy more than anyone and I'm on run #19.

Citadel DLC party (Stage 2, loud):

EDI (to Traynor): "If you are interested, I have a list of extranet sites involving romantic relationships between organics and synthetics."

Samantha: *Says No! a bunch of times* (pause) *sigh* "Okay, sure. Send it my way."

Tali: "Eww."

    Don't know how I missed this!

when doing Mordin's loyalty mission, you can choose to stay longer and hack into that computer he wiped during the cut scene for a few creds. However, I got stuck and the option to end the mission couldn't be used for some reason. Had to reload an auto save that, thankfully, wasn't far back...just had to talk to Maelon...again.

Several things I discovered on Noveria today.

I decided I wanted to talk to Anoleis after dealing with Benezia and the Rachni Queen. So after exploiting the Lorik Quin glitch to pump up my renegade score, I used the glitch one final time to get the garage pass directly from him rather than from Gianna. I wanted to see if I could get Anoleis arrested after going to Peak 15 rather than before.

1) So the first thing I found out is that even if you convince Quin to testify, if your final run through the glitch gives him the evidence then you cannot have Anoleis arrested after coming back from Peak 15.

2) When you come back from Peak 15 and talk to Quin he will tell you that he presented his evidence about Anoleis's corruption to the executive board and they fired Anoleis and made Quin the new administrator.

3) Despite Anoleis supposedly being fired, he is still in his office and Gianna is still working to bring him down, only now she is pissed at Shepard because she has to continue wearing a skirt. Apparently, the executive board is taking its time to draft its termination notice to Anoleis.

4) If you talk to Lilihierax after coming back from Peak 15 he does not have any investigate options, but you can ask him to help with vehicle repair. Why Shepard would need a vehicle repaired, however, is unclear since you cannot get back into the garage.

The relevant portions of my Let's Play are here.

That happens to me almost every time. I always quick save after telling Mordin I want to have a quick look around just in case the bug activates itself.

I don't know if it's later in ME2 or not until ME3, but at some point you get an email from Quin about him being promoted to administrator. I think you only get it if you only deal with him though. I remember getting it one time but not all the circumstances involved. It may have been the run where I didn't talk to anyone I didn't have to and therefore ignored Parasini's request.

Apparently, if you get out of the Mako before triggering the cutscene of Sovereign's attack on the Citadel there will not be any geth between you and the Conduit. OTOH, you will not be able to reach the Conduit before the timer expires by going on foot.

Now that I think about it some more, I wonder what would happen if you park the Mako just above the ramp down to the Conduit, get out, trigger the cutscene, get back in and drive almost all the way, then get out and walk to the rest of the way to the Conduit? Just how idiot proof did the game designers make this section? :)
