I think even with paragon/renegade non-persuade you can sedate her, as long as you back off at least once. But this is from memory and I may not be remembering it correctly.

I approached stood still and then approached and she took the sedative. Must be a few ways it can work.

"Organ redundancies results in new period before metaphase. Can't alter that. Damage to telomeres. Premature aging."

... so Krogan have longer Prometaphase?

This isn't ME3 but I did just discover it. It's been a long time since I've played ME2, and never as a Sentinel. Turns out the Kestrel Armour set + Tech Armour activated is the best looking armour in the whole series. It's too bad the tech armour turns off in cutscenes.

During Priority: Geth Dreadnought, upon meeting the boarding party again, most squad mates ask Shepard if everything is okay. EDI has unique dialogue, she thanks Shepard for letting them in and that next time she'll try to find a more convenient docking point.

Overall EDI has some interesting dialogue on the ship imo. She's also the only one comfortable on the ship. Must be a synthetics thing

The dialogue about the geth choosing slavery over destruction by joining the Reapers is very interesting between the squad mates. Unfortunately, to hear all combinations, Tali needs to be dead as she's mandatory for this mission when alive ^_^

When paired with James for example, the dialogue goes like this:

EDI: The geth only allied with Reapers for self-preservation.

James: Doesn't make it right. Synthetic bastards are gonna get us all killed.

EDI: Is it reasonable to expect the geth to sacrifice themselves for organic races that fear and hate them?

At the end of the mission, shortly before meeting up with Legion/Geth VI for the escape, a few geth can be seen running across the walkway where the geth ship crashes down.

The best dialogue I've heard on the dreadnought is between James and Liara discussing death vs slavery.

And between Shepard and the geth mentioning Saren. I'm still not sure how I ended up with Saren's name being mentioned.

This is during Kasumi's Loyalty Mission after killing Hock and getting on the shuttle. When you get to the dialogue prompt where Shepard must decide whether Kasumi should keep the greybox or destroy it, the planet behind Shepard will initially be turning right to left. If you wait long enough before choosing a dialogue option the planet will reverse direction and start turning left to right. Likewise, the background stars that were moving left to right change to a right to left movement.

It's not something to discover but it happened to me for the first time (I believe it's already a spoiler alert topic but I warn you, it could be a spoiler)

I was a renegade almost all the time on this run and chose all the renegade options for the Illusive Man (on the left side of the wheel). He pushed Anderson aside and walked towards me with the intention of killing me I suppose. That was new. Apparently, I never used the renegade options for him before :)

Also I was the one who was supposed to be a renegade but the Starchild was renegade to me and he was very blunt :)

Finally, we PC users get access to the BLACKSTORM!!!

Does this mean we might soon see the Reckoner Knight armor commonly available in ME3?

I´ve been wondering that too. There´s also the exclusive weapon from the Wii U version for ME3. I know that it can be incorporated into the game by means of hacking/modding it (as well as heavy weapons) but I guess it all depends  on the time for the exclusive deal to expire. It took six years in order to make ME2 DLC public. ME3 was released two years after ME2 I doubt that any deal is made in perpetuity. And since it´s not like it´s something trademarked by Nintendo (like an armor inspired by Samus from Metroid) someday we will probably see it released, and without requiring nintendo to authorize it.

As for the Reckoner Knight, it´s inspired by the Amalur game. Last I checked there was still a litigation of sorts involving the rights. After the softhouse that created Amalur closed, the state seized its assets (they were bankrupt and owned millions to the state in loans) and were hoping to sell the trademarks to the highest bidder. EA showed interest, but no deal could be reached.  In this particular case, authorization from the current owners may be necessary in order to make it free. If it was in possession of EA (one big happy family) then it would probably be released by now.

Finally found the source of the cut dialogues and they're more than just Ash's. Although some of it seems unedited.

Kaidan's deleted scene (I think I'm going to make the slide version of this.  :D Life of a Kaidanmancer)

Spoiler

Steve's deleted scene

There's a James's 'deleted' scene although some of the lines was fitted into Citadel DLC.

This is not new to me, but I thought I would share it because I find it amusing and because many people may not have heard this line from EDI before.

Anyway, if the battle against the Praetorian on Horizon goes on long enough you will discover that not only does EDI manage the cyberwarfare suite on the Normandy, she is also in charge of the Cerberus call center. (I am sorry that my own commentary and the game audio are on the same track. there is no way to get one without the other.)

I am replaying ME2, and just went to visit Counselor Anderson at the Presidium.  I was wandering around his office, and for the first time I noticed that he had a picture of Kaidan Alenko on his desk... the same picture my Shepard (who romanced him in ME1) has in her cabin on the Normandy.

Um... anything I should know, Anderson?

On serious note, I always thought it was a glitch. Like, Anderson was supposed to have a picture of the one that died on Virmire, but game glitch keeps default picture on his deck (which would be Kaidan, if you think about default Shep).

I may be wrong, but I like to think it's just a glitch

You're probably right.  I didn't think of that.  But, it was pretty amusing.  I never noticed it before

ME2 does have its weird moment but I don't really think its a glitch. In ME2's Arrival DLC, even if you let Ashley die, she still show up in your reaper vision. The Shepard's construction scene was a male skeleton even if you play as FemShep and the creepy Miranda ass thing. Its possibly laziness and oversight... or "There's not enough time." and "you're not the majority" ****.

I just noticed that the food stand on Omega in the markets in ME2 is basically a pyjack bushmeat stand. Bunch of skinned or cut up pyjacks hanging from the ceiling, lol. I'll pass on that hamburger.
