Bah, I kind of want to go back and double check but I don't feel like replaying the Suicide Mission. I'll just take your word for it.

Wasn't sure if Tali would have anything to say about Legion if he died during the SM, but she did.
Spoiler
Next step is to find out how the Admirals react to not-Legion since Legion came to Tali's trial. Will they think its Legion, or will they react the way they would if Legion had not come to the trial? Stay tuned.
I'm curious about that as well. I might do that since I'm part way into my ME2 playthrough.

Never picked "I agree" option while talking with Javik for the first time with character more on paragon side. Color me surprised when I found out Javik believes or doesn't believe you depending on your alignment.

I have now confirmed that if you take Legion to Tali's trial and then have him die during the suicide mission, the Admirals will treat not-Legion as if it were Legion.
Since this is the first time I have had not-Legion, as opposed to Geth-VI, a good deal of this dialogue was new to me. What I found surprising was the use of the name "Legion" in the subtitles.
Here is the segment where Shepard meets not-Legion. This is the first time I heard that the Quarians make VI constructs of their dead.
Here is not-Legion aboard the Normandy. Of particular interest are the lack of an interrupt when Xen talks about using not-Legion to find a weakness in the geth consensus. Also of note is the weird animation Shepard has right at the end of this segment.

Well there is nothing learnt new for me. I never knew there was a Not-Legion and a Geth-VI.

Recorded a bunch of easily missed dialogue from James. To get those lines, you need to spar with him but then delay talking to him before completing next priority missions. He has unique comments for missions up until Tuchanka, after which the last line is always repeated.

reading through ME3 script again, spotted more cut dialogues.
Shepard: Do you still think about what happened to your dad?
* Jacob: Haunts me, more like. Last I heard, he was rotting in an Alliance prison in Vancouver.
Shepard: You ever talk to him again?
Jacob: He asked me to visit. Never did.
Shepard: I heard there was a book.
Jacob: Yeah. Bestseller. And a vid. "Based on true survivor accounts." I saw it. Gruesome. But not as hard to watch as you'd think.

Ugh. If this was a thing, I would never pick paragon option again.

I'm confused.....are you calling that whole conversation cut dialogue, or just the last two lines?

Everything after "Haunts me, more like." Jacob doesn't say anything else after that in game.

I played all three outcomes of his loyalty mission in ME3 and never got any mention of his father's fate.

I had Jacob's dad being incarcerated, killed and suicide but the conversation always ends with "Haunts me, more like.".
This line was also cut.
* Jacob: I went back to Aeia a few months later. Buried him where they dumped him, and put up a gravestone. Only 'cause my mother would have wanted that.
And there are a lot more cut lines in the game. For instance, the romance scene between FemShep and Kaidan;
Kaidan: Hey-hey-hey! Where are you going?
>>> Shepard: I'd like to, but my heart wouldn't be in it.
Kaidan: I understand. Whatever you need.
Shepard: Thank you. But don’t go yet. Stay a while.
Kaidan: I’d love to.
That's how it ended in the game but what we didn't get was this;
>>> Shepard: I don't know. I have to... I should...
Kaidan: Don't.
Shepard: No... I need to...
Kaidan: Come on. Stay.
>>> Shepard: Oh, but now it's all about you.
Kaidan: Yes. Yes It is.
Kaidan: Hey, well... you just told me that you love me--shouldn't we celebrate?
Shepard: Maybe you're right...
Kaidan: Perfect.
Shepard: We keep this up, and there's no more work getting done tonight.
- Shepard: From here, it doesn't seem like the world is ending.
Kaidan: No, pretty damn peaceful. Seems pretty damn perfect right here.

I just realized that when you enter noveria when you actually hear the idle gossip of the human girl to the salarian, i think, you get prior knowledge and a bit of extra dialogue as to what was happening in peak 15... Didnt realized until now >.>

I am replaying ME2, and just went to visit Counselor Anderson at the Presidium. I was wandering around his office, and for the first time I noticed that he had a picture of Kaidan Alenko on his desk... the same picture my Shepard (who romanced him in ME1) has in her cabin on the Normandy.
Um... anything I should know, Anderson?
Spoiler
I decided to go check this out just now. Kaidan died on Virmire and Liara is Shepard's LI. Nevertheless, Anderson still has a photo of Kaidan on his desk.

I discovered that if the 21st keeper you scan is the one next to Avina at the base of the tower, the quest is marked complete in the journal but there's no victory music and no quest completion XP award. Since this quest has a 20x multiplier, that's a lot of XP being denied.
I'd add this to the Wiki as a bug but I think they require 3 separate confirmations. Any takers? (Especially console players, I only play this on the PC.) Note this is not related to the many reports that this keeper is glitched because "Avina won't let me scan it!?!" I think in most of those cases, they were simply missing a keeper.

I don't know if this is always like this, but I noticed that the blood splatter on the wall behind this Salarian was red, while the blood on the floor was green. (Note: Salarians are supposed to have green blood.)

If none of the video logs on the IFF mission are played, Shepard will say Space Madness instead of they were being indoctrinated. That's what happened when I had Garrus and Zaeed with me. Garrus would mention dragon's teeth. and say they allowed it to happen. That's when Shepard will say, I don't know. Space Madness.

If all squadmates are loyal, the most that can die during the suicide mission is seven. I tried it a few different ways, but only could get 7 killed
