She's significantly less harsh on Miranda if your Shep is in a relationship with Miranda. Instead of calling her a *****, she quotes Jack on the "Cerberus Cheerleader" bit. I hadn't noticed that until this time. That's a realistic touch. You don't use profanity when describing your friend's GF to your friend.

Just came across a new line from one the CAT6 mercs in the Citadel DLC.
In the ambush part, I was playing slow and deliberate (because the fake Supressor craters your cooldowns), and it ended up I had one guy left. Just as he was getting up and before I killed him, he said: "I am getting my ass kicked!".

If you talk to Avina at the Normandy's docking bay, you can ask her about Purgatory night club but Avina maintain that there's no such thing in her tourism database. I went back to club and realized there's no sign outside the club.
Really this huge nightclub sucking energy and filled with everyone including the military and its an illegal night club?
*point at everyone* You're all busted!!

"I didn't survive this long to die on a ladder," seconds before the full crew, "shoot it 46 more times" scene;
"I'm more concerned with being trapped in an impregnable metal box. Once was more than enough for me."; and
"Don't be stupid, human. It was clearly a clone," to Traynor as we boarded Normandy.
There have been others, as well. He's been pretty damn funny.

In the Citadel DLC, Armax Arena missions, beating the third and final Unusual Scores mission (Fatal Error) can also beat the Prothean Challenge (have Javik in your squad versus Reapers) and Spin Zone Elite Challenge (fight Elite enemies on the Spin Zone map).

Nothing specific, but every now and then, at the party in the Citadel DLC, I hear some new line of dialogue because certain squadmates are not there. Had a few different lines tonight because certain people were missing.

The audio extractor I use doesn't seem to recognize DLC contents. There's probably more hidden dialogues we're not made aware off.

The making of Mass Effect 2 but with Power Point slides
Also in ME3 Presidium Commons, you know that Asari and a wife who is cheating on her husband. I think there's a Dragon Age 2 reference when one of them talk about pinning the other on the wall with their lips.

While doing Miranda's loyalty mission, I noticed that during the cutscene when Shep and Miranda are travelling in the elevator, you can faintly hear the elevator music form the elevators in ME1 if you listen close enough while Miranda is talking.

Miranda certainly noticed, since she uses her omnitool to fry the elevator's speakers.

I made a topic about this ages ago, but I think it fits this topic. Assuming I didn't already post this in this topic a few years ago, anyway. I don't think I did. I'll just post my topic and quote it.

I rag on ME1 a lot, mainly because I feel like everyone here holds it up to be much better then it actually is because they're going the classic "good old days" thing because they don't like ME3.
But I give credit where it's due. This my... 25th playthrough of ME1? Made a fresh engineer character. Anyway, I'm on Virmire. Now I always just run through the direct entrace, and always assumed that the Salarian that says "Hello? Is someone out there?" when you run across a catwalk over a detainment room. I've always assumed that was the crazy one. Turns out, I've been running right past a door all this time. I met a non-indoctrinated Salarian. I freed him.
But when I turned to the other Salarians and said to put them out of their misery... Things. Got. Creepy. While shooting them in the cutscene, this music that I've never heard before started playing. The creepiest, most disturbing music I've ever heard in the entire trilogy. If indoctrination was music, that would be it. And it never ended. Even now as I meet that Asari who opens the room to the beacon, it's still playing. Made the whole conversation describing indoctrination much more uncomfortable then usual. I felt... Fear, talking about indoctrination to that music. Also made the conversation with the crazy Salarian much creepier and unsettling too.
The interesting thing is, the outside music has changed too. I went back out of the facility to hit the other entrance for extra EXP, and the music outside is the music that plays when making starting a new game, when making a new character or starting as an already-made one. And now that I'm back inside, I can tell that the creepy music is in fact a majorly remixed disturbing version of that theme.
I hope this music keeps playing after talking to Sovereign (I stopped to type this thread once I got to the beacon room), because it makes this places atmosphere much thicker then it's ever been. This feels less like a war segment now and more like a scary segment from a Lovecraft story, all because of that theme.
What the? I can't even find it on Youtube. Putting "Vimire theme" just brings up results of the music I've always heard that played before I killed those Salarians.
Oh well, you can hear it here after the same point that triggered it for me.-

I was playing From Ashes DLC without music and noticed that sometimes you hear flies buzzing when you near a dead body. Later, at the Normandy, if you talk to Javik again after his first conversation, you'll have his whole conversation without Liara interrupting and Shepard have more lines to say.
Also Typhoon is OP as frak...

I just realized that the Reapers on Menea are actually NPCs with a limited AI. I have been watching this Reaper walking around in circles behind the main barricade of the Menae base camp and I realized that it wasn't just a looping movie but a fully-modeled NPC with its own AI.
If you think that's amazing, you haven't seen anything yet. Fire an incinerate, or a warp, or a reave, or any other projectile power you have at one. It actually connects. Like, it doesn't merely dissipate as it gets close, it actually hits. It's fun throwing a biotic flare at one of them, almost like Shepard is pissed at them and is trying to vent anger by throwing a biotic attack at one. So yeah, they're physically there. They're not merely set pieces, you can literally hit them with your powers.
I mean it. If you have a save, go and try it. It's awesome.

Yes, I know. It's all the Reapers, not just the ones on that moon.

Taking a friend through ME1 for the first time the other day, I discovered that you can use the HUD commands to order your squadmates to move independently of each other. Previously I thought you had use the hotkey to move them both, which usually resulted in one of them taking cover while the other stood in the open and got torn to shreds. So frustrating.
Seven playthroughs of ME1. Seven! Yet never figured this out before. smh

I think that is a PC-only thing if i recall. They added it to the PC port of the game.
Edit: I remember the video where I first saw this! from Gamespot (in 2008):
