It must be kelly. It can´t be grunt because mordin still uses this dismissal message even if you never woke grunt up and he´s still sealed.
My shepard will never invite jack and kelly to my apartment at the same time after that.

Obviously Freaky Kelly.
Well I learned that I can get a target lock on Sovereign using throw on Eden Prime.
If you do the bomb mission after the coup with Ashley/Kaidan, Ashley will be at the memorial wall remembering Kaidan whereas Kaidan will be back in his room and not at the wall.

Jump Zero made that man ice cold.
He remembers her on the shuttle before being back on the Normandy.
In ME3 I've always brought a sniper rifle so I could see through Cerberus smoke. This time my soldier went through the game with mostly a Revenant, and it turns out you CAN effectively predict the location of enemies and shoot through the smoke to kill them.
Grenades help
Flare too. Someone pops smoke, I start popping Flares since having a 5 sec cooldown really does make it a bit spamable to make up for my combos being harder to pull off.
I either remember the placement of where each Cerberus trooper is before smoke is used or I just run around the smoke and kill them that way.
In my current playthrough, in the conversation with Tali after destroying the reaper on Rannoch, her mask loses its tint. If she has her second alternate outfit, it does it. I think it has something to do with the smoke in the background. I'm playing on 360.

Perhaps it is just me but whenever I am zoomed in with a sniper rifle there is this weird noise, I find it really off putting and so don't use them that often.

Do the bomb mission with Ashley after finishing Priority: Rannoch and she'll talk with Tali about Virmire over the intercom as well.
It's the only time she interacts with anyone on the Normandy

I've done the bomb after Rannoch once, but with Tali not in ME3. All the other times I do the mission after the coup.
I will have to do that on my next playthrough to hear the dialogue

I get a staticy noise when I zoom in, but only with the Raptor SR, but it stays in the background even after I zoom out. It's annoying as hell, because I kinda like the Raptor.

It is certainly more noticeable with the Raptor but it is there with the other Sniper Rifles as well. I really don't understand the purpose of it, all it does for me is make me not want to use the sniper rifles.
Pay attention to Kelly's dialogue... she even tells you she "loves" all species. Mordin revealing someone on board caught something from a Varren kinda leads to one person: Kelly.

I tested out all the SR's in the spectre office shooting range, and so far I've only gotten it with the Raptor.

Is there a fix for the game crashing when you go in with DLC?

I didn't even know that was a problem, tbh. Game's never crashed on me in the shooting range.

I havent tried in forever to go to the shooting range on 360. Game always froze and crashed on me when I did since I would have some sort of DLC gun from the packs and all that.

Ah okay, I only play on PC... but that's a bummer. I go to the shooting range any time I'm on the citadel and try out different loadouts.

Only DLC guns I think I can take with me in there are the N7 guns and maybe the Raider. Everything else causes an auto-crash afaik.

Did you try re-installing the DLC, or repairing the game through origin?

Does it lock up when you open the door? I have had this problem on the 360. What I do is save right before trying to open the door. If the game freezes, I go back to the dashboard and restart the game. After resuming the game I am able to open the door without a lock-up.
I always assumed this was, you know, the intellectual sort of love. The amicable kind.
Not, you know, xenobestiality. Which is a word I just coined.
To be fair, I can't say I know for a fact that Mordin meant Kelly. So here's hoping you're right.
