Traynor exprssing surprise at how big the Commander's cabin is when she comes up for the game makes no sense given she is in it after the first nightmare and is thus fully aware of it's size.
Not only that, she will most likely have a good knowledge of the schematics of the ship and be well aware it has a shower etc.

1) On the QEC.
2) On the shuttle in London.

Can't blame him too much. Situation he's in, he's under a lot of stress. And one symptom of stress is forgetfulness. He probably doesn't forget important stuff, but little things like him mentioning being born in London isn't something that is certain to stay in long-term memory. Besides, we know the game takes place over months. The time between him mentioning it might be a lot longer than you think, enough time for his mention of it before to slip his mind.
It's stupid, but excusable with even the slightest bit of head-canon. Hell, Anderson could have been drunk when he talked to Shepard in that QEC conversation.
I can´t remember if I said this one already but during the cerberus base, just prior to the final mission, the console videos can vary depending on if you play ME1 or not (Edi´s mission on Luna), if you are the akuze survivor, Ir Miranda survived ME2...
One thing that I realized last weekend is that it´s fun to play Leviathan and Omega using weapons obtained in Citadel (the pistol and the assault rifle). Giving the rifle to female turianon Omega is also cool. This was the first time I´ve tried Citadel prior to Omega and Leviathan.
Samara´s conversion is changed in the citadel embassies depending on if Thessia has fallen.

Did you know mercy killing the indoctrinated Salarians on Virmire changes the area music until you find the beacon? It's creepy as hell, it's what indoctrination would be like if it was music. Give a listen, after the Salarian mercy kills. The talk with the Asari is the best place to hear it, no combat sounds to cover it up.
In my current playthrough, I have Liara and Ashley with me. In the elevator before fighting the clone, Liara mentions the 3 of us couldn't save the SR1, but we can save the SR2 or something close to that.
I'm sure she says the same if Kaidan, Garrus, Tali or Wrex are with her. I never heard that before
If you did shadow broker and talked to her father, she will mention to wrex that she´s part-krogan. I don´t know if she will say the same if you never spoke to her father nor did shadow broker.
I just discovered that Javik cant be the one placing your name on the memorial. And he will never hug Edi. Evewn if he´s the only member of the crew you talk to, traynor will take his place.
By the way, some of the funniest lines in citadel involve Edi paired with Tali or Javik.

In a non-import game you do meet Glyph when you first enter Liara's cabin on the Normandy. Also, Liara explains about becoming the Shadow Broker. So all the necessary background should be in place, though I would assume that game probably takes it for granted that you have talked to Liara by that point.
I recently did a play without talking to anybody but Javik. I was trying to see if it was possible for him to hug edi or place the nameplate. He can´t. But I did not try the DLCs, it was a speedrun abusing cheats. Even if you only speak to Liara after tessia has fallen, glith will still introduce himself. I wonder if there´s a special introduction for him on citadel DLC. Or if playing the citadel DLC will make him now known to Shepard.
it was foolish of me not try the first minutes of citadel and then reload, just to see if he would introduce himself while at the apartment.

After priority: tuchanka was over, and shep was standing in the war room, it was Traynor who told her to go get some sleep. Shep said it sounded like an order, and Traynor said, something like, "... from someone with a vested interest." ... Then the camera panned down to shep's butt.
I guess it's only possible with a femshep/garrus dead/ no active LI. First time I've gotten that scene anyway. Made me laugh.
