Wonder if she's that one Banshee we see trapped behind glass.

I never much understood that part. Banshees appear to use a similar means of going straight through solid objects as Vanguards do- but a pane of glass stopped her? She looked rather defeated too, like "yo guys I wanna kill stuff too, don't leave me hangin".

I always wished I could snipe her through the window too.

When you go to talk with Dr.Chakwas about the medical supplies you see her in the medbay facing you, but when you activate her she has to turn around to face you before she starts talking.

Didn't just notice, but will post it because others might not have. I posted this a short time ago in another thread-

Powers like flare, or warp, or incendiary, or anything else that has a trajectory when Shepard uses it, actually hit Reapers when you can see them in stages. Like on Earth or that Palaven moon, shooting them with a trajectory power actually makes the power hit them like they're an enemy. That means the Reapers aren't just big bits of scenery, they actually have their own hitbox. And shooting a flare at them is... Quite impressive.

And secondly, Grunt is Krogan Miranda. Both were bred to be perfect examples of their species, with nothing but positive genetics traits infused into them and were both grown in test tubes. Only differences are Miranda got biotics infused in, and Grunt was designed to be able to have children specifically to pass on his awesome genes to future generations unlike Miranda.

Out of curiosity I fired the Reaper Blackstar heavy weapon you find on Menae at one of the reapers, and was fully expecting the ball of energy to just keep going and disappear.

Speaking of which, I always thought it was weird how the Blackstar looks like the lower portion of a destroyer's leg.

After unshackling the Geth VI/Legion, you don't have to fire a shot at the Geth. Just run past them, or walk if you want, to get the cutscene

...Not that surprising, considering they are the same species and can smell/see/whatever the others emotional state

Yeah, that's why I posted about it. I have never heard them talk to each other until recently.

This is starting to make ME3 seem like some kind of medigel-addled fever dream.

maybe it is a medigel-addled fever Dream.

"Brooks mentions that were legends, but Shepard doesn't mention the other crew-members and the ME2 squad-mates as legends, which they are, for helping defeat the collectors."

I don´t think it´s part of the general public´s knowledge the cerberu´s normandy incursion to collector´s space. According to both Kirrahe and padoks, the missions to construct the crucible and the omega 4 relay trip are top-secret. If you bring Padok aboard and mention about mordin having died, he will say that the salarian goverment ant stg are aware of the omega 4 mission. I don´t think he would mention stg if it was common knowledge. It must be top-secret, something only know to few top-ranking leaders, intelligence people or information brokers.

It´s possible that brooks, posing as an alliance bureaucrat was not supposed to know, she only tried to sell the notion that she knew the normandy from the citadel mission (me1), the efforts in the war, and maybe (if applicable) shepard´s mission in batarian space. The fact that she knew about the suicide mission war part of her big reveal.

Liara is naturally curious. She always investigates Shep´s background in me1, so it´s very possible -now more than ever since she´s the shadow broker - that she would read about kaidan´s past. i would not be surprised if she had more info on jenkins than the player. Remember, she is a big fan of the SR-1 and what that ship represents.

Also, she was still living in the normandy during the collector ship attack. Even if she was just recruited prior to Illos, she still resided on the ship for several weeks. It´s more than enough time to hear about Jenkis and the virmire victim from the survivor, or Tali, or the doctor... So it´s perfectly possible that she has insights into kaidan´s personality just by hearing about him or reading about his service record. She deduced a lot about the prior shadow broker´s background.

"Grunt was designed to be able to have children specifically to pass on his awesome genes to future generations unlike Miranda."

Actually, Miranda was designed with this intent as well, since her father wanted a legacy.

The fact that she´s sterile (it´s on Liara´s computer at the shadow broker ship) was an unforeseen consequence of her make-up, a mistake.

That´s ok. My male shep and her can always adopt. There must be many orphans after the war.

Uh... No. Very opposite. He's greedy, controlling, and manipulative so it is possible that he created Miranda to be unable to have children as another way to control her. Which means her father actually thought ahead that he didn't want his daughter to be able to become pregnant and possibly pass on her "flawless" genes. He very likely designed that flaw specifically so the genes he put into her wouldn't be able to be passed on without his consent or knowledge.

I only just saw this in my most recent playthrough (must've missed it previous). In the port lounge , or bar, on the Normandy when Liara and Garrus are reminiscing  (about Archangel etc) there's a cigarette burning in an ashtray near Liara. I was shocked, my girl don't smoke, (even though she's smokin' hot).

Later, before the Thessia mission I noticed it's still burning. Now that is one long stubborn smoke.

Reminds me of a joke I pretended my Shepard who was romancing Tali said. When on the Geth dreadnaught when she says she caught on fire in the vents in ME2, he said "well you've always been hot ,Tali, so I knew you could take the heat".

How do you fit everybody into the shuttle? Easy - you just meld Garrus into the bulkhead.

Garrus: The UT-47 had more headroom than this, didn't it?

Shep: And leather seats.

Cortez: Welcome back to the All-

Shep: Shut up and fly.

People may already know this, but if you don't tell Kelly to change her identity, she will be killed by Cerberus during the coup which you learn from hearing from someone mentioning  that Cerberus shot her in the head on the docks and you also hear Ken and Gabby talking about her death.

If you tell her to change her identity and get mad that she was spying on you in ME2, she commits suicide. You hear about it on the docks after the coup that she took a cyanide capsule. You will also hear Ken and Gabby talk about her committing suicide and believe it was caused from being abducted by the collectors.

Another thing is if you have Conrad Verner in ME3, you can talk to him about thermal clips.

Conrad was just plain lol cause its a very meta reference to the step back that Clips are in the first place.

I didn't know that about Kelly committing suicide. Next renegade playthrough I'll tell her to change her identity.

When she admits she was spying on you that you pick the bottom right dialogue. The dialogue will occur the 2nd time you talk with her on the docks. Also you have to talk with her before the coup otherwise she survives and will not reveal she was spying on you.

That's another thing I didn't know; that she survives the coup if you don't talk to her. Heh, I thought I was doing the right thing for a change, so I told her to continue helping the refugees

This Turian encourages his asari girlfriend to go to Sanctuary.

I read somewhere that you fight a total of 3 banshees at Sanctuary, and someone came up with the idea that they were this Asari and the two daughters this couple has  :crying:
