During the same segment (me2lotsb car chase), let some of the charges hit you, and Liara will exclaim that it is "still better than the mako".
One thing I was only able to see in my last play, is that if you delay ever talking to Aria, if Zaed is alive and you solve the mission involving the volus diplomat you can inquire zaed about different subjects (other than voske, the current leader of the blue suns gang). Since I did zaed´s LM in me2 in a paragon way, he told me that he tracked and hunted down Vito, but this time the first thing he did was to blow the shuttle port so that he would have no means of escape. Zaed finally had his day.
Joker´s comment after legion´s loyalty mission in me2 are different, based on if you destroyed or re-wrote the geth.
If you take Garrus to Mordin´s LM in me2, he will mention while at the hospital about his favorite places for a shooting. Bring him to re-take the normandy in me3 citadel, and he will make reference to this scene.
Use an infiltrator at ME2 opening mission and cloak on the cerberusus base, just prior to seeing a cerberus agent being shot after screaming shepard´s name. He won´t be able to see you, so he will just be killed without asking for your help calling you by name.
The me3 citadel infiltration of the cassino plays out a little differently if you´re an engineer. "Brooks" will have a special dialogue with you. In ME3 omega, there´s also a special paragon interrupt available only to engineers.

I just noticed the energy drink vending machine in the Zakera Ward warehouse for the first time.
Did you cycle through the entire dialogue? My favorite line: "Paragade is for losers. Winners drink Tupari."

Last night I discovered Shepard has a restroom in his cabin. The door is near the hamster shelf and is nearly invisible; I didn't know it was there until I got too close while observing the hamster and noticed an opening had appeared in the wall. The toilet even flushes!

Was this in ME2 or ME3? In ME2 it is rather easy to miss because there are no scenes with Shepard in the bathroom. In ME3 there is at least one scene that both maleshepard and femshep get involving the bathroom. If I had not started in with ME3, I might not have noticed the bathroom in ME2.

The toilet in ME2 doesn't flush. There's no mirror either.

Morwen Shepard is standing in the bathroom right at this moment and the toilet does flush, and there is a mirror.

In ME2? I just finished up and didn't see one.

So because I feared that maybe I was indoctrinated, I fired up ME2 just to check again, and there is indeed no mirror, and though I can't say for certain, I suspect it has something to do with the fact that I'm on a PS3. ME3 has this feature just fine, but for some reason, ME2 doesn't.

I see the mirror and able to flush the toilet in ME2 on my ps3.

Then it's probably a consistent bug. In every playthrough that I've done, there has never been a mirror in Shepard's private quarters. But then, there's a lot of bugs that I have been unable to avoid in this game, like the annoying audio glitch.

Yeah there's no mirror in my ME2 playthrough (PS3) either. Although the toilet flushes. lol
I can't remember if it's the same on my Xbox version. I'll have to fire it up again one day.

In the Arrival DLC you steal the Batarian shuttle. It's got that logo (4 eyes thingy?) on it. Just before you head outside, at the end, to get to the comm-tower you see it's the last one left on the shuttle pad.

If you keep clicking on the Volus used ship salesman on the Citadel in ME2, he will eventually comment on your Shepard looking fertile (if FemShep).
For male Shepard you get almost the exact same line, except the word Virile replaces Fertile.

I just started a new ME3 run, but I found this out on my last one.
That you can level up Admiral Anderson's 'powers and passives'. But only after you rescue the trapped marine. So basically for the final battle before the Normandy flies in.
I can't believe you can't level him up straight away (when you first gain control) and I can't believe it took me more than 2 dozen runs to find that out!!

Level 60 Anderson is the only reason I'd even contemplate doing NG+
Hmm, I still need to do that some time.

You can have fun at the end of the mission.
Just don't use your weapons and only use powers.
The battle will last forever

That's what I do, heh. Makes me laugh when Joker yells, "Cavalry has arrived!" and there are no cannibals left to save us from.

I just found a glitch in the Slave Broker mini-quest on Illium. If you go back to the Slave Broker and convince her to free the slave, the quest will be completed and you will gain 50 experience and 5 morality points. But, it turns out, the Synthetic Insights rep doesn't go away and you can go talk to her again and convince her to hire the Quarian, gaining an additional 5 morality points.
