I just found a glitch in the Slave Broker mini-quest on Illium. If you go back to the Slave Broker and convince her to free the slave, the quest will be completed and you will gain 50 experience and 5 morality points. But, it turns out, the Synthetic Insights rep doesn't go away and you can go talk to her again and convince her to hire the Quarian, gaining an additional 5 morality points.

You're a bit late to the party, lol.

During the fight against the clone in me3citadel, the windows above the elevator (the ones from deck four where you can look at the cargo bay) can be destroyed.

If you bring Tali, she can insult the clone by saying that even her drone is better than the clone.

If Conrad Verner is still alive, shepard can say that even he is a better shepard than the clone.

If you have genesis installed in me2, the opening scene with TIM and Miranda will be different.  Should you import a ME1, the talk with miranda during the shuttle escape from the first cerberus base will also be different, since she will not ask who became Earth´s representative.

It is possible to defeat Jacob at Shattered Eezo, but it´s very hard.

If you do an ME3 default playthrough, with the from ashes dlc, Ashley won't ask T'soni if she's ever encountered any dinosaur fossils.

When standing over the pod containing Javik, the characters refer to the Prothean as a he instead of he or she without knowing until the pod is opened.

In Me1, if you hang up on the council post mission joker will mention it to Liara in Me3.  Joker says that perhaps the council is bitter with shepard for hanging up on them and Liara says "Shepard did what?!" and Joker feigns like his connection is breaking up and ends the conversation.

When facing the reaper on Rannoch, it won't be targeting Shepard at all the first time making it easy to stand and aim without the beam firing at Shepard. It will target Shepard after that.

Does Shepard have to hang up on every call to the Council for this dialogue to occur? I always hang up at least once when Sparatus makes the comment about saving a human colony, but never more than that.

And if you stand and watch for too long, you get a critical mission failure because it hits ships in orbit.

Or very close to Shepard at least. It also tries to crumble those ruins on top of the Shepard as he/she runs toward the Destroyer. Considering how rest of the Destroyer class Reapers and especially Harbinger shoots at Shepard, I'd say Reapers are very interested in obtaining Shepard's body dead or alive. Betrayal at Lazarus project and especially Redemption supports this observation a lot.

Since I currently have two playthroughs at once and one of them I just did that mission I will on the other playthrough have to do that.

I can't confirm that.  The playthrough I had, my shepard hung up on them every single time.  Joker makes a comment on it again when EDI gets her body.

Joker makes a passing comment on hanging up on the Council early on in the game as well, though this comment happens regardless of whether or not you ever actually hung up on them in ME1.

More like telling your boss to get the f*** out of your office when when he asks you to come in on your day off.

Council: We don't want to know what you do, where you go, or who you deal with, you'll have access to the best equipment, training and an unlimited expense account. And if you have to kill something to get the job done, we'll look the other way.

Shep: Fantastic. This job is a vacation.

Council: We reserve the right to judge you, and belittle your decisions whenever you do report in, though.

Shep: F*** off.

Actually, this would be more like telling your boss to get the f*ck out of your office after the assignment is done, but you're in a position where you can't simply be discharged. Shepard is doing the job, but can potentially be rude about it. Considering how essential he/she and the Normandy are to their efforts to stop Saren and the geth, the politics involved with making Shepard a Spectre in the first place, and how they seem to fear the Terminus, it kind of gives Shepard a bit of a license to be a smartass. Heck when Sparatus b*tches about the rachni queen's survival, I'd always be flippant about how many generations it'll take for them to come back to bite us, because there's nothing that snotty bird can do about it now.

In ME2; Mordins dialogue about the collector society (the second after his loyalty mission) varies, depending if you hear it before the collector ship or after.

It's been hit and miss for me. Sometimes when I hang up on them once I'll get the dialogue in ME3 and sometimes I won't.

I just started a new import run and got the dialogue between Joker and Liara.    From memory I think I hung up on them twice this import.  1st after Therum and then after Feros.

I'm not sure if getting the "Commander do not cut me off like last time" dialogue from Tevos is necessary or not.
