It is possible to defeat Jacob at Shattered Eezo, but it´s very hard.

Say what?  I find it's much more difficult (ego-wise) to let Jacob win. :D

During Jacob's LM, the brain-damaged girls have different dialogue after you destroy the first wave of mechs. I never turned around to talk to them before.

Jacob's pretty easy along with Shattered Eezo at the high score stages. The trick is to constantly defend until the opponent starts a power attack; when that happens pummel them until they resume normal attacks. Never ever launch a power attack of your own. Using this method you can practically avoid all damage.

Troy Baker voices for Kai Leng. I was shocked!

It was a little weird playing Bioshock at times - "Wait, I'm the ME3MP announcer now?  Why is Shepard wearing a corset and speaking in an english accent?  Ashley's leading a violent uprising?"

Say what?  I find it's much more difficult (ego-wise) to let Jacob win. :D

Same.  The only time Jacob wins is if I just do nothing and let him.  I'm not trying to brag; all I do to beat him is spam the basic attack as fast as possible.  I really thought that was meant to be another instance of "shoot the bottle / miss on purpose".

When facing the reaper on Rannoch, it won't be targeting Shepard at all the first time making it easy to stand and aim without the beam firing at Shepard. It will target Shepard after that.

Interestingly enough, It takes multiple barrages of the entire Quarian  fleet to disable the Reaper, whereas the codes states that the firepower of one cruiser is more than enough to wreck a Reaper Destroyer. Morover, if just a single ship where to fire on a planet, it's weapon would cause substainable damage to the enviroment. If an entire fleet was firing at as single location, It's firepower would utterly obliterate the surrounding area.

This was my experience. I had no idea about the controls, so I just hit right trigger as fast as I could and, bam, Jacob lost. After that I decided I would let him win in the next playthrough.

I did the Mars mission last night and instead of running after Eva, I decided not to run. Eva got no further than 19 metres in front of me. It would show her running in what looked like slow motion. Very funny. I was expecting a game over screen.

Either this is a PS3 thing, or your game might have a bug. I just did the Mars thing and I was able to get numerous mission failures.

First, I let her run out of the archive without Shepard ever moving. Mission Failure.

Then I ran up to where she closes that door and just stood there for a while. Went looking about, even saw her fiddling with the control panel, though I couldn't shoot her, even with AP ammo. No mission failure, but she didn't leave that little both until I opened the door.

Next, after I opened the booth door, I just hung out in the room the tram arrives in and did not follow her. No mission failure.

Then I climbed the steps to the roof. If I just stood there she would take cover and pop out occasionally and shoot me. If I used a power on her, or shot her, though, she would move to a cover position further away from me. Eventually, she ran all the way to the other side of the roof and I got a mission failure.

Then I followed her across the roof to past where the Cerberus Shuttle flies in. Once we got down to the tunnel like area, she took cover behind the first pillar there trying to hit me with incinerates. Except that they kept hitting the cover rather than me. Every time I shot her, she would fall back to the next pillar and resume the cycle of trying to hit me with incinerate and failing until I shot her. When she finally got all the way to the last pillar and headed for the ladder, I got a mission failure.

Some of this stuff folks may already know.

In a ME3 default playthrough,

Ken, Gabby, Ruper Gardner, Thane, Wrex, Kelly, Jack and Ashley/Kaidan's names are on the wall.  Samara, Zaeed, Grunt, Legion, and Kasumi are not even on the wall or mentioned.

Mordin, Miranda and Jacob are the only ones from ME2(besides Garrus and Tali) in ME3. Miranda will always die. Jacob can die if you don't rescue the ex-Cerberus scientists and Mordin can die depending on if you cure/sabotage the genophage. Tali will be exiled and not an Admiral

Eve will always die. No peace between Geth and Quarians. The game will assume the collector base has been destroyed, so if you decide to a low ems run and want to pick control, you won't be able to. When talking with TIM, the collector base is never mentioned.

The Salarian Councilor will always be killed

If you avoid talking with Lt. Kurin on Thessia, you can see an Asari standing on some containers using warp(I believe that's being used) on the husks. You can't kill the husks running to the perimeter. Only the Asari can. You don't have to use the turret to kill the uglies.

To avoid hearing the dialogue about T'soni saying Alliance provide air support, just run past the uglies. If you choose to run past the uglies to get to the barrier for the temple, a harvester will block you. Once you kill it you can activated the lock even if your squadmates are still fighting the uglies.

Before going into the temple, walk to the edge and T'soni will say "There was 5 billion when this war started. I wonder how many Asari have died today?"

If you stay in the same spot and look around, you will not see any reapers at all. You see some damage and smoke, but the reapers are nowhere to be seen. You still can hear fighting, just can't see it.

When I activate all the artifacts, I usually start with the plaque to the left of the beacon. This time I started with the shield and heard dialogue I haven't heard before.

Kaidan: " Doesn't that look like a Prothean?"

T'soni: "Not necessarily."

I believe , depending on which artifact is activated first, and not the beacon in the middle, that you get different lines of dialogue.

Before the VI turns into a Prothean form, you can see 3 or 4 harvesters flying in the background.

Before I went in the chapel, I ran all the way back and got the hydra missile launcher to use on Kai Leng. Of course I wasted my time doing that since it had no effect.

On Rannoch while a squadmate is disabling the first AA gun, run past the geth till you get the cutscene with Dorn 'Hazt.  Run to the next AA gun, your squadmate is still trying to disable the first one, Shepard and the other squadmate will kill the geth and that's when the other squadmate shows up.

When using the turret in the shuttle, shoot at Koris for a couple lines of dialogue.

After killing the 3 primes, point the weapon at anything but the target and Joker and Shepard have interesting dialogue.

Joker: "Any damage Commander?"

Shepard: "Negative. I'll retarget."

Joker: "Well, try not to blow up anything important."

After dealing with the Geth and Quarians, you receive and email from Oriana Lawson, Miranda's sister. This happens if Miranda was killed in ME2.

On Sanctuary, the pods that are seen on the walls are call spore pods and the ones on the floor are called gestation pods.

If Miranda is not in ME3, you can choose to let Henry Lawson walk away. This only happens if you don't use the interrupt.

I just rescued the "the Brokers Guards" from the Dranek system. It's the mission Barla Von gives you.  Usually I forget to go back and see him and he's gone after the coup.

But this time I noticed he was standing on a box behind his counter. lol  Never seen that before.

So that's how it works.  I got that one time, and couldn't seem to get it again.

In ME2 Khalisa insists she interviewed Shepard 2 years ago even if Shepard did not talk to Khalisa. She also claims that Shepard presented his/her case very well. If Shepard truthfully claims that he/she doesn't remember doesn't remember Khalisa, you earn 2 renegade points.

Zaeed talks about some handgun a Krogan Battlemaster used if you bring him to the Gunshop on the Citadel in ME2. Can't remember the name of the gun off hand.

Was playing through the Coup mission on the Citadel and found "This Ones Intimate Apparel" shop. After Kai Lame downs your shuttle and before you jump over the gap where the two Nemesis were, it's to the left.

I'd ducked in there to avoid the Nemesis scoping me and heard a Hanar sales pitch.

This One lol'ed.

Something I forgot to add in my previous post

When doing an ME3 default playthrough, you learn, during Chronos, that Cerberus recovered Shepards body and that it was not given to Cerberus

That's a bit of a glaring oversight. I know, I know, that never happens.

When doing an ME3 default playthrough you call Anderson , Admiral, when you see him on the shuttle in London, whereas with an import Shepard, he/she will say , Anderson.

Before firing the cain at the Hades Cannon, you will see a clock tower with the time 1005. In one of the slides in destroy ending, you see a slide with 4 people and a clock tower(not sure if its the same one) with the time of 1005.

If you don't get on the shuttle in London it will blow up giving you a CRITICAL MISSION FAILURE Evac Shuttle has been destroyed. You get some extra dialogue from Coates if you don't get on the shuttle.

When talking with hologram Jacob, he will say yes sir to femshep.

When you ask to speak with Jack, the guy apparently knows which Jack Shepard wants to talk with. I guess there's only one Jack in the galaxy

After Shepard is hit by Harbinger, his/her armor is blown off hisx/her body, but yet the other bodies in the same area still have their armor on.

Once you gain control of Shepard, after going up the beam, if you look up you can see a body on one of the tubes.

A lot of the bodies look like the mannequins I saw at the department store the other day

When you reach the chasm Anderson mentions, turn around and look to your left and right and see waterfalls with looks to be blood in them. Someone with a flycam might be able to see how far down the falls go.

Before moving forward when you see Anderson at the panel, turn around and walk back to the door you came through. If you look back, Anderson will not be at the panel. You may have to move to the left to get a better look to see the panel without Anderson being there.

I heard some dialogue I hadn't heard before whilst playing the Citadel DLC. On the main lower floor there's a decorative waterfall you can inspect and the announcer says not to touch it.

If you keep touching it she finally says something like "Fine it's a Hanar Urinal. Knock yourself out."

Ha.

If doing a default ME3 playthrough or import a save from ME2 with Zaeed dead, its possible that if you don't move fast enough that Ambassador Din Korlack is killed . If you do, Shepard then knocks out/kills the two bounty hunters

When Shepard is floating up on the platform, you see his/her left hand and feet hanging over the edge. The next moment, Shepard is on all fours. During that time Shepard regained consciousness to avoid loosing his/her left hand and and feet or at least having them badly injured.

My current playthrough I discovered Mordin singing the Krogan Queen.  Over a thousand hours and who knows how many playthroughs and that's the first time I caught it.  One of the reasons Bioware games rule...always those little nuances that keep it fresh.

Oh, yeah, and Mordin giving Joker sexual advice about EDI over the intercom.

Let me guess how you found this: you decided to either reset Shepard's bonus power, or perhaps a squadmate's power and went to the medbay? That, anyway, is how I found out about that.
