I sometimes get stuck on the bridge of the Normandy.
This happens happened so much I save every time before speaking to Joker/EDI.
Has never happened again after I started saving my game.

Speaking of bugs, after you've dealt with Maelon on Mordins LM, you get the option to stay and get a 3k credit pickup or leave. 99% of the time if you stay, you're unable to leave and have to reload.
This happens to me on both consoles, but not sure of PC. I just leave now and don't bother with the creds.
That's happened to me a few times. I usually do a quick save before talking with Maelon just in case.
The texture quality of ME2 for NPC clothing was exactly the same as that for ME3, released 2 years later:

(i.e. crap).
If I ran into any of the areas I could get stuck, I'd use the fly command, get back to a stable area, save, reload and it works just fine. My least favorite of those was on Halestorm. It's very possible to randomly have the door at the end of the mission not open, causing a need for a reload. I ran around for 5 minutes dodging the sun in that last open area until I realized it was bugged.
For PC users, instead of reloading, you can use the fly command to get off the ground and through the door. As long as you make sure Shep's feet are completely touching the ground once you go over the door to the other side (use the down arrow key until you are back on terra firma,) you can use your aswd keys as usual. The cutscene just before the mech fight won't kick in, but you'll be able to fight the mech and the rest of the mooks. The game will proceed normally after that.
I also wanted to say that I've read the entire thread and I've really enjoyed it. This is one of the very few Mass Effect threads that seem to be celebrating the series for all of the big and little things it's done. I love reading things like, "Wow, I'll have to replay the games to see that!" Makes me smile. ![]()
Apparently if Shep romances Kaidan in ME1 but doesn't sleep with him before Ilos, he still thinks you did. I wonder if he's still going to think he was pretty fantastic that night in ME3?
So something I just discovered while fooling around on Mars:
It is in the area after you enter the airlock that shouldn't be open, and then turn off the flashlights so Cerberus does not see you. If you let the Cerberus guys talk for a while, two of them will actually leave the room they are in, leaving you to fight only two of their buddies.
I've noticed that in the playthroughs that I shot Ashley/Kaidan, Liara can be found in the lounge after talking with Anderson and Hackett, but if Ashley/Kaidan are not shot, Liara can be found in her cabin
This Turian is so badass he doesn't need a helmet like everyone else:

ME2: Shadowbroker DLC:
For those of you into the Mass Effect "religion" -- what do you think the emphasis is on the RED lettered words in the following statement:
"Tela Vasir:
About 25 minutes ago, someone took a shot at T'Soni. [...]
She stuck around for almost four minutes before leaving the building.
Whatever she was doing was important."
.========================================================================
I’m surprised she said that – and nobody asks.
Well it clearly shows it was vasir who took the shot (or watched it happen).
I noticed it the first play through and thought "oh ho, this will be interesting".
I didn't notice it, but I clearly didn't trust Vasir. Something about her seemed off. As Miranda would say "good instincts" (or so I like to think) ![]()
I always figured they had a way to tell that sort of thing, like Liara having cameras in front of her door or something
Vasir also gives a few shifty glances in sheps direction, along with a few pauses in her responses.
It's quite subtle and well done.
But then I am of the crazy opinion the game needed more vasir types and less kai leng.
You're not the only one
Though sticking that omni blade into him was satisfying ![]()

The same happens with Ashley.
In the Citadel DLC... after you've finished the mission, when you go meet Garrus. After Garrus leaves. Take a good look at the people dancing. They look weird. Why? The Asari are Asari heads on human bodies (look at their arms). And the human female is a human female head on an Asari body (look at her hands).

Right! I always wondered why Shep didn't follow up and run him through the head too -- then (I must be really BAD) -- lop off his head and throw it to the OTHER side of the room. Didn't Shep learn his lesson with Saren? You don't leave a dead enemy's head attached to the body. ![]()
If you choose the 'renegade' options when you first meet Ashley on Eden Prime, she'll be all mad about it if you talk to her after leaving the medbay.
Forgot you could do this, but good that I did it again by accident.
Sur'Kesh:
When the krogan pod gets stuck between floors, Shepard can shoot the containment field on it, and Mordin/Padok will say that Cerberus is attacking the pod, containment field is weakening.
Hey, I'm NOT working with Cerberus, it was an accident ![]()

Sometimes you have to get Mordin's attention or he. just. never. stops. talking.

We didn't need more Vasir types. We needed more Vasir.
If you wait a few moments before activating the operation center console on the Geth dreadnought, Tali will say "We need to hurry! My people are getting torn apart out there!"
von, if you don't mind me asking, how did that glitch happen?!?
