I always found it best to make start with a shaved head and then make your changes. If you screw up in ME2 Gibbed while trying to get a new hair style, and you went with a ponytail, the result has Shep appearing to have hair growing on her neck.
Followed the directions exactly and that's what happened. I think I'll probably just leave it alone.

No doubt.
However, I did discover how to design eye color for ME2 by using ME3 Gibbed. Quick rundown:
Fire up ME3 Gibbed
Either use an existing save or import a head morph
Go to the color wheel, and play around until you find a color you like
Then go into the Raw > Player >Head Morph tab and find the Iris_Vector
Copy that code
Exit (unless you feel like making a template for a future character)
Fire up ME2 Gibbed
Load up your save file
Go to the head morph section of the Raw tab
Copy in your RGB code into the Iris_Vector.
Save and exit.
I wanted some deep purple eyes for this Shep I'm messing around with in ME2. I kept saving Legion for the very last missions (after all the loyalty missions) and I want to take him with me to Tali's mission on the Flotilla. This was the result (click to zoom in to really see the effect):
This works well for hair color too.

ME1 casual outfit, huh?
I've got a coalesced file that unlocked all of them. I like the black version of the ME1 causal outfit as well.

Best concept ever. I did it because my Akuze veteran Shepard tries hard to focus on the mission rather than her squad's murderers having her dance on strings- a little outfit change saves any property destruction- however much Miri might argue otherwise. It's okay because Shepard has a plan to make her realize the Illusive Man is using her.
I really got into that part of the backstory, and no- the throwaway line from Vasir only upset me more that there was nothing I could say.

I never paid any attention to the beginning of ME2 before. If you killed the Council and formed the all human council it begins with "blah blah blah... humanity has taken over the galaxy...." And Councilor Anderson wants you to return to the Citadel (very formal). "You put us on top... blah blah blah."
... and then there was Mass Effect 3. Your choices matter.
... but then it was pretty stupid to give Shepard that kind of power in the first place. The actual outcome of that decision deserved to be retconned.
Shepard tells Hackett basically to let the council die and then picks the human councilor. OR... Shepard tells Hackett to save the Destiny Ascension and then picks the human councilor. Real good BW.
If Shepard has the skill Pull, hitting those mechs with "the good stuff" can be your own Pull. It doesn't have to be Jacob's.

I had a lot of fun with Udina the last time, actually. I saved the Council, but put him into power. Then took the renegade interrupt during the stand-off in ME3.
Me: I put you into power, and I'm going to take your sorry arse out.

A tiny thing I tend to forget, and maybe some people haven't know:
Dr. Chakwas will comment on Shepard killing Wrex in ME3.
Dr.: You had to kill Wrex? Is it true?
Shep: He wouldn't listen to reason.
You can also get one more thing
Dr.: First Williams / Alenko, Udina, and now Wrex. Be careful, Shepard.

And Udina ends up on the council anyway. If you picked Anderson to be on the council, then he should've been there in ME3. It would've been a better explanation for him being on the citadel at the end than following shep on the beam run. Hackett said, "Holy sh*t she did it." Not they did it.I never paid any attention to the beginning of ME2 before. Hackett should've overruled Shepard since he can see the battle whereas Shepard can't.

On the planet Eletania, in the Hercules system, in the Attican Beta Cluster, what looks to be rainbow can be seen expanding from the top left corner of the map to the bottom right corner of the map. It doesn't have the red, yellow or green colors, just a tan looking color

Hang out in the cockpit in ME2 with Joker before you recruit anyone. Talk to him, and then just stand there. Eventually he'll start saying random stuff
My personal favorite: "If my grandmother could see us now, we'd have zombies on top of everything else."

Mike, those are the planet's rings. Look at the planet in the galaxy map and you will see it has rings.
In ME2 you can see the rings around Aite (Overlord) although you can also see two HUGE moons which kind of spoils the effect since they are not very credible.

Why I thought it looked like a rainbow is because when you get out of the Mako and look, it can be seen touching the ground at both corners of the map. Its no big deal, just never seen that.

I just fired up a NG+ in ME2 (only the second time I have done that, and the last time was ages ago) and noticed that both Miranda's and TIM's dialogue is greatly shortened. No mention of whether the Council lived or died. TIM simply says "Shepard uncovered the truth." I wonder how a non-import game opens? I don't think I have ever done one.
Added: Woops. Forgot I had the Genesis comic installed. That's why TIM's dialogue was so truncated. The comic kicks in when doing a NG+ even if the first playthrough was an ME1 import.

replaying through ME3 again, and I noticed something kind of interesting that I didn't see before. In Docking Bay D24 (on the Citadel), right behind Avina you can look at the room below which is the holding area that you can visit later on. I'm actually quite surprised I didn't see it before really. You can also see the Normandy when in the Holding Area as well.

During the Citadel Casino mission, if you bring the LI along dialogue chances slightly depending on whether you've had the final lock-in conversation for the romance. With Liara if you haven't had yet had the final conversation with her in the Presidium Commons, you'll get this exchange:
Liara: Why, Shepard..formal wear suits you.
Shepard: If anyone looks at this group tonight, I don't think it will be me they'll be lingering on.
Brooks: Hopefully you mean her. Ideally no one lingers on me at all.
If you've had the final conversation about the Presidium Commons, you get this instead:
Liara: Commander, keep dressing like that and you'll have to catch me when I swoon.
Shepard: I might do more than catch you.
Brooks: How are you so calm? Well you did run under a Reaper while it fought a Thresher Maw, so this is no big deal for you.

1) If you pick a medkit, while having a maximum amount of them already, you will gain +300 xp
2) If your amount of medkits just -1 from maximum then you will gain +150 xp and +1 medkit
3) If you have -2 from maximum or less then you will gain no xp points and +2 medkits
The same way works medstations
1) If you have maximum medkits then you will gain 450 xp
2) If you have -1 then you will gain +300 xp and +1 medkit
3) If you have -2 then you will gain +150 xp and +2 medkits
4) If you have -3 then you will gain no xp and +3 medkits
Assuming there are alway a lots of those thing on levels, it becomes bery easy to level up in ME3.

I don't think I've ever gotten that reaction out of her. Usually, it's something like this I get when we're infiltrating casino. Yours is infinitely better.
Speaking of Liara and Citadel, I usually talk to her last after any mission. Roleplaying reasons. But this time, after the assassination attempt on Shepard at sushi restaurant, I talked to her first and was surprised that her line changes.
Liara: Brooks has given me access to her case notes. She seems eager to help.
Shepard: Bright-eyed, over-eager, limited field experience. Reminds me of someone I met a few years back...
Liara: I don't know what you're talking about. And I should get back to analyzing this gun.
The voice acting sells it. Made me smile ![]()

There's a PC graphics glitch ( face glitch/smear) during the Garrus date scene up on the presidium- majorly noticeable as I've played the scene on 360. I had less of a moment where I thought my PC was having graphical issues- and more of a frustration at NVidia- I'm still not sure if its a graphics brand exclusive bug but at least I saw it replicated exactly on youtube and on a master bug list. And, the scene was still awesome.
I discovered that the dialogue options with Traynor when you call her up have a romance option- I usually just skipped talking to her and by the time I invite her up- I'm locked into a romance and the shower option doesn't come up or at least I don't think it does. I damn near panicked because I was going to talk to Allers next- I swear, if I chicken out of only picking the Quarians- she's off the ship.
And that the consequence for using Gibbed for your mineral resources is a lower mineral score which completely explains why my 360 playthroughs have scores of 100 and the PC games vary between 10 and 25, except for I think the playthrough before I discovered editing that section. Oh, I'm still going to do it when playing on PC but I know now its how many planets I've strip mined as opposed to a current quantity.
