On Mars when Liara talks about the new. prothean device, she mentions about the "Alpha Relay Incident", though I'm not sure if this links to the Arrival DLC since I haven't done it.

Talking with Aria in ME2:
If you select investigate and talk with her only about that options and then select the Goodbye option, Shepard says: Maybe I'll be back. And Aria replies: Maybe I'll be here
If you select Mordin's dialogue, and then select the Goodbye option, Aria says: Try not to bring the plague back with you
And if you select Archangel's dialogue, and then select the Goodbye option, Aria says: See if you feel comfortable when the mercs discover that you're here for Archangel" (Something along these lines)

I like when she says "you should find a nice girl to keep you warm. You look like you need to loosen up a little". Something like that.
When I hear that I always wish there was a dialogue option like "Nice girl? I like 'naughty' girls."
Actually I dislike it when she says "you should find a nice young man to keep you company" because I almost always play a lesbian femshep.

I don't play FemShep, (actually I did a couple of times) so I don't have that problem.

I totally felt so stupid for this one but I finally realized that in ME1 while making your way to Saren on the Citadel that i was running under Soverigns Legs. Can't believe I missed that red nail polish all this time. Figure that would have been easy to spot.

If you've played Arrival, she mentions what Shepard did there. If not, she just mentions the event.

You sure? I am pretty sure I have had that line every time.
Or maybe you only need to hang up on them once? (I usually have my Shepards hang up on the Council after Virmire, since they just lost a squadmate + crew just argued in the debriefing + Council is still disbelieving Shepard). Maybe that's it.

If the Council dies then Liara or Joker talk about the "new council". I can't remember what the dialogue is if you never hang up and you save them. Been too long since I have had both those conditions set to true.
