I've stopped playing ME and SWTOR long enough to get all the DLC for DAO and start a new game. I love the new weapons and gifts you get with all the DLC downloads! I'm just getting to the Dalish camp (playing a city elf rogue for the first time) after the mage tower, the urn, and redcliffe. Return to Ostagard was short, but the items you get makes it worth the bother.
I'm also noticing all the similar name references between ME, DA and SWTOR universe. Very amusing Bioware!

There are a few things I really wish were different aside from some things I don't like about the story once we get to the landsmeet....
1) they really should have made PC compatible with xbox controller. Right clicking to move which you do a lot is seriously uncomfortable and half the times the mouse doesn't work properly - you click on a location and it's like you didn't.
2) the final battle.... honestly, it's not even fun. Just a bunch of darkspawn everywhere that goes on for ever and can cause my game to crash because all those darkspawn amps up the cpu. Make movement on the maps trigger crashes. Fine unitl you move then back to desktop. And it's not really that many darkspawn so I'm not sure what is going on with that but clearly something is odd there. But it gets kind of tedious and boring. I can only do it on easy because normal makes crashes a constant thing for some reason. More enemies maybe?
I enjoy it. Very good game.
