The same things they talked in the ME panels the last year, I guess.Sure but with whole panel i was hoping with at least something ? What did they talk about, the weather ?
I wasn't expecting news on ME though. At best we'll get a trailer at E3.

mr. Motachio is our companion?

I don't even expect a trailer. That would be like giving us the Inquisition trailer at the E3 before Mass Effect 3 came out.
I didn't say I expect a trailer. I sais 'at best' we'll get one.I don't even expect a trailer. That would be like giving us the Inquisition trailer at the E3 before Mass Effect 3 came out.
If we don't get *any* sort of teaser this year, I'll be surprised.
And ironically, I'm prepared to be surprised. What I definitely agree with others is that:
-2014 is the Dragon Age year
-2015 is the Mass Effect year (2016 could happen, but imo probably not)
-2016 may be either a DLC/expansion or the New IP year
So yeah, we don't have to get anything about Mass Effect this year. Yes. It would just be strange to me. Even do it Fall-Winter, after DA:I is released.
Oh, I'm sure a ME trailer will be shown this year. Even if they want to wait for DAI's release, they can announce it at VGX with a trailer in December. If we don't get *any* sort of teaser this year, I'll be surprised.

Though it might not be the same thing as with ME3-DAI. ME3 came out at March 2012, so in your comparison DAI would've been shown in June 2011, which was just few months after DA2's release. At this E3 over two years would've been passed since ME3's release, and if the next ME game will be released in 2015 (even if in Fall), I think it'd be best to announce it a year before.
Granted, we don't know if it'll be released in 2015 (I think so though), they can announce at VGX in December and focus on E3 2015, but I think it'd be good if they announce it at E3. I don't see the problem in having two games shown at E3.
Announcing the next ME game will undoubtedly take some attention away from Inquisition, because Mass Effect is the bigger and wider-known franchise.
And yes, I know my example isn't the same thing, but it was the best I could come up with ![]()
If ME is shown with a trailer and DAI with a trailer and a gameplay demo, Indont think The former would take too much attention.Announcing the next ME game will undoubtedly take some attention away from Inquisition, because Mass Effect is the bigger and wider-known franchise.

Plus, the games are very distant in release, so I don't think there'll be much problems. And something similar happened with DAO and ME2, I think.
Maybe, though I'm still doubtful.
We'll see in two months, I guess.
Well, I'm not that sure we'll get a trailer. I just think it'd be good to announce it earlier.Maybe, though I'm still doubtful.

I had Nug while visiting Orzammar in Origins. Their ribs are best covered in BBQ sauce, finger licking good.

We probably won't get too much on the next Mass Effect game until after DA:I releases.
Or at least that is what I'd expect based on past Bioware games. Bioware usually focuses the hype train on the game that is releasing first, which in this case is DA:I. In the run up to Dragon Age 2's release we didn't hear a whole lot about Mass Effect 3, for example. The promotion for ME3 didn't kick into full gear until after DA2 had released.
We came, we saw, we slept like babies. #PAXEast2014 is over, but we’ve compiled some great photos to share with you! http://bit.ly/1nbY2to
ME2 released within two and a half months of Origins and I'm pretty sure their marketing campaigns overlapped.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the reason there was little on the ME front is because DAI is much further along and ME4 is going to be a next gen exclusive.

Imagine that happen again
having DA:I this fall, and 2 and a half month later we have ME4
I would cry like a baby, and have veyr offended friends who will not see me...in a long time.
Do you guys think we might get an ME4 trailer at the "oh big event" E3? I am very excited to see what the next ME game will be like. And...how it will be - thinking of the ending of ME3 is so... spaced. And difficult to base a new game on. If they dont do a prequel or make it 5000 years later when the synthesis (for those people who chose that ending) suddely dissapear. Eheh.
I think there are two possibilities about ME4 and E3 stuff.
- ME4 release September-December 2015 and we get trailer at E3 2014
-ME4 release March 2016 and we get trailer at E3 2015
I'm very doubtful about any big ME4 information/ trailers at this E3. I mean, to me that does not seem like how EA does things nowadays.
