I do almost the same thing with warlord, except I use it to quickly cancel that annoying time after his hammer charge power.

 

Basically=  Power#2 cancelled into headbutt cancelled into sprint. It may not sound like it but it's actually much faster than hitting his 2 power and waiting for him to put his arm back down.
