What should be done in this scenario?

Kiting on Glacier on objective wave is very difficult, especially with a team (unless you are very well coordinated). Assuming I have to use the least amount of missiles, here are my priorities:
1)Dance around in the hack zone for as long as I can, then point somewhere close to me and nuke as much baddies as I can.
2)Nuke the enemies on one side of the hack, so I can use it for safe retreat / turn my back on it.
Nuking priorities would be Banshees, Atlases, Phantoms, however killing priorities (meaning powers and weapons) would be Phantoms, Banshees, Atlases.

And if there any missiles left over, combat engineers - for looking so damn smug, the bastards.

I prefer setting them on fire and attempting to put it out with light melee.

That works for me too, but if one comes along when I'm already holding the missile launcher, the temptation is normally irresistible.
And to the OP: dodging from side to side uncertainly, then getting stuck on the scenery and shanked by a phantom is the most popular approach in the pugs that I play. I find it works for me.

In that situation I would probably try to nuke one pack of enemies (Banshees or Phantoms) to create a breach and escape there. Make the enemies spread out and take them out one by one. Of course, I've never played Plat so have no idea if that's a viable tactics or not.
lol
I haven't laughed so much in a long time!
I don't play plat very often, which is why I generally don't comment in these threads.
