Is the Human Inquisitor related to Hawke or the Warden?,for example the Human Mage Warden(Amell) is Hawke's cousin.
Or maybe the Human/Elf/Dwarf Inquisitor related to the Human/Elf/Dwarf Orlesian Warden-Commander(Caron/Andras/Kader)?

I thought it was already confirmed the Inquisitor isn't at all related to the previous pc's

I think either David Gaider or one of the other devs have confirmed that the Amell line will NOT continue to future playable human characters (if that has changed by now we don't know). Would have been cool if your hero characters could be related across all games, but apparently it's not happening. It probably wouldn't fit with the story and origins they have in mind for DAI.

Not to talk about it being pretty meaningless with characters from other races. The Amell thing in DA2 was a nice call-back to the previous game, but nothing more than that, like mentioning the Dalish Warden in Merrill's clan.

yeah....  the human is supposed to be an orlesian, the dwarf is a cadash, we know the elf is dalish, and the quanri is not qunari

The surname for a dwarf inquisitor is "Cadash."  As in, Shayle of House Cadash.

 

Me, I'm okay with A companion being previously involved in a game (Oghren, Anders, Varric), and AN origin being related to a previous character (Amell/Hawke, Shale/Dwarfquisitor).  Just don't overdo it.
