This is a small request.  I've noticed on a few videos that I've seen that on the squad screen, it will say "XXX Shepard" but for the other characters it's just their first name.  Even though squadmates alwayes use shorthand between themselves, I think it's a small but consequential thing that the player be reminded of the character's full name.  The squad screen in ME1 was great for that, otherwise I would have easily forgotten that Wrex's first name was Urdnot or Garrus' last name was Vakarian.  I was hoping that an update for the game might implement this into ME2

Like I said, it's a small thing, but I thought it was always a good thing for me (and the player) to have a reminder of what the full name of each party member was.  Hopefully, anyone who agrees can make the case better than I am here.
