I was going to use 1000 hours as the cut off (because its biiiiiiig and rooooound), but that would exclude me :P (I'm low 800s). I still like to PUG because of the "box of chocolates" nature of lobbies (yes I'm ashamed of the reference). Currently I'm mostly out for a few weeks due to carpal tunnel, but looking forward to getting back to stunlocking those pesky Geth.

So - we had the thread about Spectres, what about the rest of us? :D

Do you still play? And if so, do you PUG?

Most, I'd expect, albeit possibly not exclusively (I've only ever really played PUGs and am now at getting on 1200). Many will have maxed manifests, so credit grinding is a bit pointless, so guaranteed extractions aren't much more than a matter of pride. Skilled team mates are a crutch.

Isn't this like asking wherever you have dreams about people you know?

Surely, everyone is going to say yes.

If 2153 hours counts - then me :P

... though I made the mistake of starting another game of Civ 5 so I've not been on for a couple of days ... just ... one ... more ... turn!

I don't understand the fixation on N7 rating aside from getting challenge points from it. I would think the number of challenge points would show more about the skill then the actual rating.

EDIT: Nvm. Misread title.

Used to pug a lot but then I took a break from it for a while.

Now I am back to pugging.

I'm at ~1100 hrs, and I pug damn near every day. I still play with friends but I pug a helluva lot more.

Im around 2000 hours I think. I PUG when my friends are in a game or not on. Or if I just feels like pugging.

Actually there are quite a few regulars who say they don't (or barely) play anymore, and others who only play with friends (or themselves  )

I've played this game way too much (somewhere around 2K hours), I'm very up/down about pugs but still run them almost daily.

Closing in on 1400 hours here, yet have only recently really started trying PUGs, since I typically play with at least one friend.  I like PUGing though, I've discovered, and trying to jump in on Platinum level games with 3 strangers has helped pick up my game.

I don't usually suffer from the PUG rage I've seen around here, as I have NO expectations of making it out alive.

I see. So you second question is really asking:

If your friends aren't on, do you prefer to play with yourself or do it with strangers?

Based on the "BSNers you bump into" thread, don't you just arrive in lobbies and then either quit or rage quit once it starts... :P

Playing against geth makes you a better person that's why boogie avoids it.

Between ps3 and xbox maybe 1.3k hours and still pug quite about 90% of the time. I like playing with other bsn players, but the randomness is fun.

Stop it!

In all seriousness it's so hard to sustain a lobby for more than 2 or 3 games on PS3 that it's just easier to PUG most of the time.
