I was wondering about how the Darkspawn will look like in the game. Are they going to go with the DA2 look or the Origins look? Personally I vastly prefer the DA:O look, they actually look like really corrupted humans and dwarves. They might sort of look like stereotypical fantasy Orcs & Goblins, but not too much in my opinion. And why is that even a bad thing? I mean, compare them to the spooky scary skeletons of DA2. There they just look silly, and not like the spreaders of corruption.

 

Also, will we be going into the Deep Roads at some point? I know a lot of people don't like the place (for various reasons), but I love it. Just the thought of an abandoned, continent-stretching underground kingdom makes me hard.

A mixture of DA2 and DAO is what they've said. They'll probably keep the colour palette but change them a bit. There has been no concept art or screens of darkspawn to my knowledge though.

 

And they've shown dwarves underground, so deep roads is as good as confirmed.
