Okay, so this is just a strategy I used during the mission to destroy the Hades Cannon, after taking out the initial welcoming party, and activating the first Brute.

Squad-Make Up:

Me - Level 56 Adept. Armed with Level V Saber Assault Rifle, Level V Paladin Heavy Pistol & Level ? Hornet SMG (I forget what level it is)

James Vega - Built for tanking over power. Armed with Level V Revenant & Level 1 Graal Spike Thrower (Usually armed with M-300 Claymore, but I decided to give him an equally-powerful but much more accurate and longer-ranged shotgun)

Javik - again built for tanking, although he's not as skilled at it. Armed with the same weapons I am, excluding the Hornet SMG

So, by this time, we'd eliminated all the Cannibals, but a few Mauraders remained when the Brute showed up - now I'm the only one with a shield-draining ability with Energy Drain but I can't focus on the Marauders with a Brute attacking me.

So I sent Javik & James to distract, and injure, the Brute while I focused on the Marauders. Whilst I had to dodge one attack from the Brute, he eventually got distracted by James (unfortanately, Javik got knocked out - I think he got shot by some Marauders as well).

I made short work of the Marauders, using Energy Drain & Cluster Grenade (hehe) and by the time I got to the Brute, James had knocked him down to one bar of armor. But he got cornered so I had to use my Saber to finish him off - one shot was all it took.

Just a possible strategy for those who want it. I can offer other strategies if asked (except for Multiplayer, I'm not as skilled at that).

You can reach me here and we can exchange e-mails. I won't give my e-mail out on a public forum. (duh)

Domination certainly helps make the final sequences a whole lot easier.

Like that mission.

I did one strategy, just for fun, and that was to rush through it. All I did was run to the area that activates the scene with Steve's shuttle and then run to the Cain to use on the Hades cannon. It took me less than 3 minutes. I was a soldier playing on hardcore. I guess I got lucky.

I hate the screen shake on that mission, so I am trying it your way next time. You know, provided I can actually get out of the shuttle without dying.

Ya, that's certainly an anti-climatic death.

Pretty much.

Also:

1) Shoot everything.

2) (Infiltrator only) Cloak, shoot, repeat.

3) (Vanguard only) Charge, Nova, Nova, repeat.

Infiltrators can nuke their way through without a gun just using cloak and flare over and over.

Cooldown? What's that?

You can also Spec Flare for your Soldier Shepard(If you have Omega DLC, that is). Don't even bother with Cannibals after that

Also, there is a Cain There too. Just in case  ;)

PS: Where are the Banshees? I remember that that sequence had Banshees...

Oh, and since you got level V Weapons, do you reccomend the same Strategy for Level X Weapons? Or this setup would be too OP?

I've only completed ME3 as a soldier, infiltrator, sentinel, and an engineer. I usually brought Liara and Ashley/Kaidan along for the final battle. Honestly, infiltrator was the easiest for me - tactical cloak & black widow. As a soldier I just shoot everything and use adrenaline rush to make a mad dash to the missiles. I'd like to try an insanity run as a vanguard or an adept - not sure how tough that will be.
