Oh lordy, that video  I love love LOVE that his normal talking voice is the exact same as Alistair. I can watch that man for hours.

 

This also makes me believe that we are for sure getting a Greg Ellis vid, like 98% sure. Steve Valentine tweeted about going to record dialogue for DA:I a few weeks before GE announced that he'd be returning as Cullen. Me thinks that we should be seeing his "in the booth" video soon enough!

That's what I'm guessing too! When was it that Steve Valentine tweeted that he was in the studio and took that picture with Jessica? I'm trying to work out how many weeks/months it roughly takes them to edit the videos and put them out so that we can have a rough estimation on when/if they put out one with Greg.

So glad to get directions to this thread!  I have found my place of happiness.....

I may actually wait until after Inquisition before I read some of the fanfic just so I don't get a certain expectation in my head and have the game not match.

Hello everyone *bows*! I finally found my way into this awesome Cullen thread ♥

I wanted to share some art and a story by me, hoping you'll enjoy them~

 

There is no Reason - a fanfiction about my mage Inquisitor Adria Trevelyan and Cullen (mild nsfw because of pictures and those two are my recent DA:I otp). 

A short comic before and after the Orlesian Ball, an animated gif and again a short two panel comic inspired by a headcanon on tumblr :3

Here's a notion. Posting on AO3 again reminded me that they have the function to have Collections there. If I created a Cullen Thread Celebration collection, would you guys be interested in putting your fics in it? Might be a nice way to archive the celebrations/challenges for posterity. 

 

Also, if anyone doesn't yet have an AO3 account and wants one, I have some outstanding AO3 invites. 

OK, so I created a collection (my first) for the BSN Cullen Thread Celebrations. Please bear with me, as I'm not terribly familiar with this function. If you'd like to add your existing or future AO3 fic to the collection, edit your fic, and under Collection enter: cullenthread. Save, post, you should be good. Please also feel free to add fics from past celebrations as well!

 

If you have any difficulty, please let me know. For now it's open and unmoderated unless we have problems.

Funny story, I haven't been around lately (since they reveal the news about sexuality). But I wanted to be part of the 1000 celebration. With just 2 pages to go (it was very exciting, speed up, slow down, R2 driving a car...) my iPad smacked me in the face and I realised I had fallen asleep. I gave up and have been catching up today. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! Thank you all for sharing.

Will save my contribution to 2000 instead. See you then.

archiveofourown.org, it's an open source version of fanfiction.net. It's tagging systems have a lot more bells and whistles than ff.net and it's more forgiving of mature fics. But it has its own limitations in non-standard tags, difficulties with searching, etc.
