I love the influx of Cullen art appearing now that they've announced him as an LI!

at 30 pages a day it would take us close to a month. 

 

Ok, I will breath easy...for now.   Actually, I've already started on a couple things for 2000, and one of them is going to take a while, so I do hope we don't rush it too much.  Of course, they are promising BIG things for E3, so.....

I think I'm starting to lose patience with those New Location "Reveals". It's only common sense we're going to half these places. I'd much rather have something more tangible. Or hell, even just a name for DHMG, Scribbles and Beardface.

I loved the ambience of the camp in DA:O, but it was very impersonal during romantic and sexytime scenes. I would've liked it if the LI had taken the Warden for a walk away from camp when it came to romantic encounters and stuff.

 

I think the keep system might have the ability to give us the best of both worlds- discussion with everyone in the great hall, but intimate moments in private quarters. Or so I hope. I wonder if NPCs will catch the Inquisitor doing the walk of shame back from Cullens suite lol...

This makes me seriously feel like there is an alternate universe where nugs are sentient people that also have a video game industry that produces dragon age games. In it there are cute little fictional pets called humans. It's planet of the apes(or nugs!)people and I don't like it!
But seriously favorite one so far!

I love that the Fade has gone from a washed out version of the "real world" and very "meh" to this eerie, ghostly, Salvador Dali-esc nightmare landscape. It's nice to see it finally get its own distinctive appearance.

I think I'm starting to lose patience with those New Location "Reveals". It's only common sense we're going to half these places. I'd much rather have something more tangible. Or hell, even just a name for DHMG, Scribbles and Beardface.

Well, in the weeks where they 'revealed' the Exalted plains, the Emerald Graves, Empris du Lion and Halamashiral they released a bit of info about those locations. The 'reveal' twitters might not be necessary since some are obvious, but it's more of a scheme they're following. They can't just use it for the new locations and not for those already known.
I'd like to know more of companions, but they're likely still working on the new system they want to use for release Info about them.

Wow the fade looks hauntingly beautiful, in a rather surreal kind of way.Like the realm of dreams and nightmares should be!

I hope those intimate moments and heart-to-hearts don't all occur indoors in their quarters. They probably won't with the companions, but I'm concerned that it'll all be indoor scenes with Cullen and whoever else that's a romanceable NPC.

I'm betting that we won't see too much more about companions and such till E3 or after. I love the location reveals though, to be honest. This game is so gorgeous.

YES. It looks just like some messed up Salvador Dali painting. And I love how the Fade seems to have its own "sun".

It almost looks like it could be down in the murky depths or in some lost cavernous under water cave.

I agree,besides what would be a better way to take advantage of the new weather system,than to have heart to heart moments and important dramatic cut-scenes taking place outdoors.Hopefully our advisers won't be stuck in the keep all of the time...I'd like them to play a slightly more active role,even without being available party members.

Exactly, with all these beautiful environments I'd want them to be taken full advantage of at every given opportunity!

Me too. I hope it won't just be:

Advisor: "Inquisitor, I need to ask an important favour of you. Go to *insert area* and rescue my *insert item* from the *insert enemy*"

Inquisitor: "Alright, let's go!"

Advisor: "Sorry, I have to stay here and do really important things like stand in one place and await your return. See you when you get back!"

What changes would he make from DA2 to DAI?

Ah, I misread that one as what I would have changed about him in previous games. This is what happens when you reading quickly on the train.   I'll just agree with Lola

I'm glad DA:I is now alpha, so they can't implement this (I hope they can't!!!)

 

Re: Romances. My favourite DAII romance was Anders, until I made a male Hawke, who fell in love with Merrill. Now I think Merrill is my favourite. Not as good as Alistair (nothing compares to him!), but better than both angsty baby-men my female Hawkes fell for Merrill is a perfect combination of tastefully crazy, adorably irresponcible, dangerously stubborn, and f***** up just enough to make me want to slap her, then hug her, then marry her, but not enough to make me feel like I'm in love with a Dementor. Merrill is my little blood magical daisy   She made me believe Hawke can have a real happy ending. And she also walks like a little bird, it's so cute!

I hope romances in DAI will be more like in DAO. I remember it so well: it's past midnight, I'm alone with my PC in the dark room, neglecting my poor man, because I'm in the camp, and that music is playing in the background, and Alistair gives me a rose, and I'm like, "I hate roses! But you I like!   " I think that camp music was what did it for me. It just gave everything the right mood. We are the only two Grey Wardens left, we have this huge task, and I was just a recruit yesterday, and I know less then Jon Snow! And the music gives that acute sense of loneliness, and my warden just desperately wants to have someone to talk about what's happening, how she feels, and this happens to be Alistair. And the music is playing, and playing, and playing. It's still my favourite track.

I hope Cullen romance will give me that feeling again, because I liked it: doing epic things together, supporting each other when things were getting bad, or when terrible mistakes were made. And that heartwrenching music was playing in the background.
