I thought that pic w/Scully and Mulder was great. I think it was sum magazine cover when X-Files was hot and their "romantic inclinations" were simmering. It was fun cuz Scully was usually so reserved as a character. So to see this mag cover was funny.

Huh, I don't think I'd looked at this one in detail before. Speaking of floating rocks in the Fade... um, aren't those floating rocks from the Fade, hovering there in the Breach??

LOL Ironically, this is about my initial reaction to Cullen in DA2, truth be told. I think one of the first things I ever said about him was that I wanted to lick him. /end perv mode

I am still pretty skeptical about the quality of a romance between the Inquisitor and Cullen as a NCP.
I hope it will be as rich and sweet as the Alistair romance, which has been my favorite

So another random discovery. In my current obsession with the fancy timeline on the DA Web site (and the errors therein), I noted that this pic -- which I've long suggested is the White Spire -- is the image used for all the White Spire events  on the timeline. Heh heh.

I am, too. Tbh. But I'm trying. And IF it's really true that he's is not a companion, then.....it is what it is, right? We'll just have to make do. I wanted Cullen as Companion and LI. I didn't want to just bang him. I wanted to share the experience of all the cool places we'll see. And hear all the cool banter and stuff.

 

But whatever is done is done at this point. We'll just have tosee how it all plays out. I am happy to have Cullen around at all. This is true. But the idea that he won't come questing with me, well, that makes me a sad panda.

 

And it prolly means I'll only have 1 actual companion LI to choose from which I could see has getting redundant when it comes to banter. But hey.

Good catch about the Fade stones, R2s! Looks like the Fade is taking over. And perhaps it works both ways, and the physical world is stabilizing the Fade. I wonder how the spirits feel about it? After all, their power is to shape the Fade, will they lose it, if Fade loses the ability to be altered with the power of one's mind?

I also wrote a parody song for Cullen, and I wonder if I should post it, or turn it into a comic first.

All of Asunder and TME take place, ostensibly, in 9:40. The game will begin "after" Asunder. So presumably in 9:40 as well..? Altho, I have a long involved argument about how Asunder (and now TME) must be ending at the end of the 9:40 calendar year since events in Asunder reference "Firstfall" which is the 11th month, plus it's winter in both books. So I would logically expect the game to begin in 9:41 unless it picks up immediately after the book events.

Short answer: yes.

Longer answer... I really don't think there's much time left in 9:40. Winter wraps around their year end just like ours does. And Asunder begins in the fall. [and yes, we're tiptoeing perilously near one of R2's favorite soap boxes... the dread Asunder timeline problems]

We used to talk about how freakin' cool it would be if the Breach kept getting bigger and bigger to the point where the Fade and the real world collided and co-mingled and you couldn't tell what was real anymore. Still hope they do something like that.

NO! I will make it make sense. If I have kidnap Ben Gelinas and made him spill the One True Timeline^TM. Of course, the timeline in WoT already shows that they've retconned Asunder's mistakes. But TME clearly still ends in winter... post-WoT timeline retcon.
