The commercial aspect of Christmas doesn't do much for me anymore now that I'm an adult lucky enough to have a nice job (I didn't get an allowance or anything as a kid and spent my money from high school jobs on lunch, my car, gasoline and auto insurance). But this is the first time I've closely followed a video game before its release since high school, and it is so like being a little kid before Christmas again. I want this thing so badly! I can't [make / buy] it myself and only [Bioware / my parents] can give it to me! Better dull the wanting until it gets here by learning every little thing about it / imagining what I'd do with it / drawing pictures of it! It's so funny to have that powerless anticipation for a silly little thing in my life again. ![]()

Hey so im curious about something, dunno if this have been discussed before, but there are still 2 more blights to be had right? So if we lets say "wipe out" the GW in Inq cause they are corrupt or for some other reason and if there will be no GW left who will fight the next 2 blights if there are to come later? Or does this game will manage to find a way to end the blights forever?

Adela, I think we are only fighting a corrupt sect of GWs, not the order as a whole. We might just be fighting Orlesian Wardens.
Oh I thought we were going to Anderfels or how u spell it
cause if we were to go there isn't that like their main base?

Oooh, I really hope we can end the Blights forever! Maybe Inquisition can help Grey Wardens with it?
The fight with the wardens that was shown in the trailer, it's not mandatory, I think. We were told that some goals can be achieved through diplomacy, and I hope getting the wardens on our side is one if those.
And I also want a cure for the taint, griffons, and lyrium ice cream! Enchantment!

If some of the GW are corrupted do you think Corypheus has anything to do with it? He obviously possessed Larius/Janeka, so maybe he infiltrated a segment of the GW and corrupted them? Also do you think our choice between Larius and Janeka will have any influence?

I hope so, I don't really want to fight the Wardens either... but if they are "sniffing" red lyrium then I don't know if you can reason with them that much, and since we are going to go into the fade quite a bit, I hope there will be a way to stop the blights, but for some reason I don't see this happening in this game... as its more inclined to the mage/templar thing

Hope so! It's why I always side with Janeka, because I think it gives Corypheus a better standing with the Wardens.

I think you right, they don`t have any reasons to doubt Janeka while Larius is a ghoul. I just remembered Avernus and his experiments, if he was allowed to proceed them it could also influence the wardens in some way.

Hopefully all three big players will have some affect. Corypheus, Avernus and the Architect. Since Corypheus is the only one who's alive no matter what, (unless you can't kill Avernus?), I think he'll be the main guy, but I want all three of those guys to affect the story of the Wardens, particularly Beardface.

I always end up siding with Larious the only reason is cause he seems more... honest about it? Where as I see Jenika a lil power hungry perhaps? Idk Jenika didnt send me a good vibe

I'm not going to lie to you, most of my 'less than ideal' choices are made because I think it'll make things more interesting for me. As a result, in my canon state Zathrian's alive, Feynriel's hanging out with the demons, and Petrice started an anti-Qunari schism, and that's just off the top of my head.

I always do Larius, but I have always loved watching Janeka get her ass kicked in her attempt to control Corypheus, especially when he bounces her spell right back at her.Hope so! It's why I always side with Janeka, because I think it gives Corypheus a better standing with the Wardens.

It's possible that Cory is body hopping around GW leaders, as he might have just used Janeka/Larius to make it out of the prison.
Wouldn't surprise me, although I don't think that he needs to bodyhop anymore since demons can come freely from the fade now

Except he's darkspawn, not a demon. And plus, he's probably trying to control the Grey Wardens, hence his body hopping leaders of the Order.Wouldn't surprise me, although I don't think that he needs to bodyhop anymore since demons can come freely from the fade now

Yea but wasn't he one of the 1st magisters to enter the Golden city and then turn it "black" or whatever and they remained prisoners in there or something like that? ( sorry if I got the lore all messed up) Dunno if it actually has to do anything with him and the fade it self but was just curious

Not gonna lie. I sided with Larius because it made Carver happy. No noble motives, no concern whatsoever about what will happen to the world as a consequence of my actions. I wonder what Carver would say if he knew that the fate of Thedas rested on his grumpy, resentful shoulders.
