A while back there was a gameplay video and in it they talked about how a lot of caves are optional yeah? I'll have to avoid them for the most part, at least in the beginning I think. Creepy real things and dark caves are soooo not going to mix well for me. I'll need some good hilarious party banter to keep me happy.

Did you know there was a mod for romancing Cullen in Dragon Age Origins?
DAO and DA2 both had things that were scary in theory but never really looked it. But with the frostbite engine I'm going to be scared/grossed out by a lot of things. These demons, and I'm sure there are other types with equally terrifying designs and their minions are going to make fighting near the tears a horror game.

Spiders? Spiders coming out of crates at random? Spiders that look like real spiders because of frostbite? nopenopenope
Funnily enough, I never found DA demons in general to be scary (at least not to me) Dont get me wrong however, I like the design and the level of detail I just idk... dont really find then scary at all... prob cause I watched WAAAYYY to many horror movies when i was a kid till now and I just got use to them?

yes I think that would be pretty cool, we did had a DLC for origins to play as a dark spawn, it would be interesting to see the world as a demon

It would be something interesting to say the least,although there is a popular fan theory that the inquisitor is possessed by a spirit during the events of the prologue,this would also be interesting if it turns out to be true.

I never play my mage Warden without it 
They have said before that the tall spindly one is a "Nightmare". However we haven't gotten a name for the tentacled one.I'd say it's possible that they confused the names. I recall that one of the demons in the E3 trailer as going to be a despair demon, and I think it was the one with the large mouth. It's possible that they used the wrong name.
Or maybe the name changed.

I know that, but it's something I'm always expecting from the DA writing team. Some sad moments when you want to curse the writers is kind of a given.
