Companions will also move around instead of just standing behind the inquisitor awkwardly, which i think is awesome!
Yeah, they even did it a little in the PAX demo, they walked away and stood opposite each other as if they were talking and that was still during pre-alpha where they probably hadn't even implemented the animations and stuff to go with it yet.

Mike Laidlaw says the companions will tease whoever the Inquisitor is dating and pester them for gossip etc. Presumably that same would go for Cullen's romance, especially if ML was being honest about that Cullen-centric, multi-region, expansive quest he tweeted about. If Cullen's there and so are our companions then there's bound to be some banter regarding that topic.
As for how he'd react? I think it depends on what they'd ask him, LOL!
I think it's someone we have yet to meet. Though, I would bet that some of the events we have experienced in DAO and DA2 are due to this enemy's direct involvement.
Ooh, that would be awesome! Learning that something we thought was due to a certain enemy or something we'd done in previous games turned out to be the work of the big bad! Like, maybe Bartrand got details about the abandoned thaig from an agent of the big bad, so the red lyrium idol was always meant to fall into the hands of Meredith in order to create chaos, and Loghain betraying the King was down to another one of the big bad's agents putting subtle suggestions to him to encourage that behaviour etc! I kinda love that!

Gossip party banter? Uhh yes please. I believe there was mention of interactive party banter, I hope that while everyone else is pestering/teasing our Inquisitor can join in jokingly or defend their love.
I hope there's more banter in general, the game is going to be so large and I found by the end of DA2 no one said anything any more since it had all been said by then. I dislike running from one end of a map to another with no banter. Since these maps are so large do you think there will be multiple banter trigger points in the map? Not just as soon as you run into a new area like DA2 lol

That fur/feathers thing on his shoulders causes intense...itchings. He's allergic ya know. And it pisses him off a lot. He has a very fragile skin our man. That's why he misses his templar outfit so much.

I wonder if his reaction would depend a bit on how well he knew you already. I like to imagine him being sort of stand offish at first, and that he doesn't like it when the companions make fun of him. Then, eventually he loosens up and starts subtly to joke back, in his dry way.

That would be awesome. We find out he put a little bug in the Architect's ear about a theory on stopping the Blights forever... Started loosening Corypheus's bonds so he could call...

I've always imagined that he'd start out a bit like Aveline was when the companions grilled her about Donnic. First off he'd try to deflect it with a diplomatic answer like "the Inquisitor is a fine woman/man and an excellent leader" and then gradually he'd be like "shut up, Dwarf/whoever", sometimes he'd maybe stutter a bit if it was a particularly crude question, and then gradually he'd start to loosen up a bit, especially if the Inquisitor replies openly/amusingly to the banter positively.

So one more thing I've been pondering. From the early Game Informer coverage and Fires Above trailer, it seemed that these scenes are all at the same place, all using that weird skull like flag.
This also seems to be Crestwood, since this flag is also present at the docks where the Red Templar boats show up in last year's PAX demo and where the underwater Fade rift appears.
I just noticed for the first time that this pic is also Crestwood, with the underwater rift on the right, and the original "mysterious" owl keep from the Fires Above trailer on the left.
Suggesting that the Keep we're trying to protect from the Red Templars during the demo is perhaps this keep?
