I reeeally don't get how some people think they're together. I don't see any basis for it in the game! She seemed very happily married to her husband.

The key word, there, is "escape".  They were planning to kill him and the person he was honorably determined to protect, and most likely not in some pleasing manner.  Bear in mind, too, Michel only killed the ones who attacked him head-on, threatened him directly.  What "carved through them" wasn't Michel but the demon they themselves had summoned and imprisoned, there.  Like chaining a tiger in the center of your camp -- when it gets loose and comes after you, don't blame the tiger.  They acted foolishly and paid the price.

 

I think what irks me most about the Dalish is what I encountered during Merril's story arc, which is so similar to what I saw in TME, as well.  She was literally surrounded every single day by elves in desperate need -- of help, simple necessities, healing, guidance.  Heck, she might have spent time teaching the Elven children in Kirkwall who the Elves had been, what they'd believed in, the gods they worshiped -- something!  Instead, she shuts herself off inside her hovel, endlessly studying a shattered relic and talking to a demon about a world and a time that simply no longer exists.  Until it ultimately destroyed her loved ones. 

 

There's a point where you have to acknowledge, that the world's changed so dynamically you will never revert to what you were, so you have to embrace what you've become and what you might grow to be.  The Dalish don't do that.  And the Elven Inquisitor I'm determined to create in DAI is rather tired of hiding in the hills, rather than being proactive in moving her people into the future.

If I recall, In my canon Teagan became arl and married that girl (Caitlin) that had a brother in search of their grandfather's sword. Even if we won't see her I'd like if my choice will be imported in DAI.

Yes. It's to the North, across the lake, if I remember the map right.
Our poor tower, it suffered so much. I wonder what Cullen will think of it. Kinloch Hold had been his home for years. I wonder if we can go back there? Like that Jack's mission in ME2. And Cullen will tell us things about the tower, good and bad.
BTW, I'm still not over that picture, his hair looks so cute and soft...

Nah, I think those two are not fighting. But we still have the Circle in Jainen, and perhaps some of the rebel Templars from the Kinloch Circle broke away and are attacking those mages who tried to escape.

I hope so. They both don't seem to me people who would allow their men/women to act as the letter suggested.

Am I the only one who thinks there is no second Circle in Ferelden? And Jainen is just the name of the place where you take a boat to Kinloch Hold? Or a lore hole. Because there can't be 2 Circles on the same lake, near the road to Orzammar?
Fereldan mages totally rebelled, because Irving was at White Spire. But I'm not sure about Greagoir. Young Greagoir I can see breaking away from the Chantry, but the present day Greg? Not really. Perhaps he's already retired, and there was a new knight-commander there. Or maybe he was among those knight-commanders who didn't accept Lambert's invitation. Although I doubt it, because 15 knight-commanders supported Lambert, and 15 First Enchanters arrived to the mage meeting earlier, and they were probably accompanied by their knight-commanders. So if Irving arrived, then Greagoir/New Guy probably came along too.

I think Gregoir might be dead, honestly. Some epilogues stated this. They're not to be take for granted, but even his codex entry suggested he was very old (possibly older than Irving even).
