I'm pretty sure they were greeny-golden-brown in DA2 - I looked at so many face closeups (for science) so I could pick out the right shade of embroidery thread for my Cullen doll.

 

Yeah, going through my collection of screenshots with an eyedropper tool, they're shades of green in cooler-lit shots and shades of golden brown in warmer ones, which reads as hazel to me. I waffle between liking amber and hazel better, although hazel has the advantage of further physically differentiating him from Alistair and shutting up that particular brand of troll.

Yes, ahm, for science. There are also a lot of things that I do, for science. I always classed hazel as a mixture between green and brown. And is that the doll you made in your profile pic? Cos that is awesome and I would give endless amounts of plates of cookies to own one!

 

I have hazel eyes too - green/brown with gold flecks.

 

And yes, I did make the Cullen head - his body is on the way as soon as they release a character kit so I can get the outfit right!

Congrats to all who received the BioWare Appreciation Care Package -- thank you for sharing it with us!

 

Still on the job hunt so haven't been in here as much as I like. I know I have about 100 pages or so to go back through but realistically...that ain't gonna happen.  

 

That being said, has anyone posted/mentioned/commented on this in the pages I've missed? If so, apologies for the duplicate.

 

Besides that, BioWare’s Mike Laidlaw revealed that there is a long, extensive story arc involving one of the game’s main characters, Cullen. He didn’t reveal much except to say that it’s a ‘multi-region story arc’.

Yeah, hazel eyes are a brown/green mix. Sometimes what color clothes you wear determines what color will pop out more, it's really weird.

New Cullen is soooo pretty!  I feel like I should be moaning that I don't think he looks much like the old Cullen we know and love but I can't, I'm defeated by the pretty.  

 

PS - On the completely irrelevant side I have ordered and am awaiting the delivery of 33000 teeny tiny rhinestones to glue to my daughter's competition frock.  I think I may have gone completely overboard but she WILL sparkle.

Pffft - suffer of course!  We haven't seen a character kit in a long time. I hope they release a whole bunch around E3 - I want to be buried in an avalanche of information and glorious spoilers.

I'm going to keep holding out hope until it ships that they just haven't had time to make that look good with the new system yet, because I don't want to consider the possibility that he has become pregnant, has undergone puberty a second time, or spends time flat-ironing his hair, and I don't know of many other ways to effect that drastic a hair texture change. But if straight hair is indeed what we're getting, I'll gladly settle for "inexplicable yet alluring" and just quietly pour one out for the ramen noodles.

As far as I can say, yes! I need to sleep on it maybe, but I do think that the Big Bad is not of the mortal realm.  I'm hoping we run into Felassan during DAI he was great, although it would kill me to see him tranquil. 

Also, I went into this book thinking I would be team Celene....that turned out to be a whole lot of nope! Gaspard is a great character.

I like Gaspards character more than Celene, although I don't like his views on the Elves. Towards the end I started to dislike Briala, I don't want to see her in game but I have this sneaking suspicion that we will at some point.

Also Lola your hair is actually pretty stunning swept off to the side all messy! You rock the hell out of that!

(I'm also a horse person and knew that's what he meant. Still... even if I didn't know... that's so... vulgar!!! Also, she would not be called Duchess.)

I kinda thought Eric and them were joking at first... and then, with dawning horror, I realized they were genuinely confused and drawing some rather frightening conclusions, so I had to step in. 

 

I don't own horses, but I've taken care of them, saddled them, and ridden them a whole lot throughout my life, so I immediately knew what it meant.

Provided me with several minutes of hysterical laughter and mirth, though.   

 

This clears up the whole Teagan "mounting" situation:

With how serious and worn out (though still awesome) he looks in that pic, I wonder just when he's going to be singing.  He doesn't look like the happiest guy atm, and to be fair to the guy his worst nightmares have probably come true with the tearing of the Veil, so it makes me extremely curious when he's going to open up and chill out enough to sing, especially in a soft way unless Quizzy is having an even worse time than him.

This is a very good question. He does seem very stern. Then again... it's just one the shot! Gosh I hope we get to see more.
