I think Bioware is trying to kill us with how beautiful this game is. I don't object to dying this way, but wait until I have romanced Cullen and most likely accidentally kill him in my first playthrough please?
Redcliffe looks stunning, and surprisingly verdant. I remember it as being pretty muddy and dull, so I'll just assume the demon covered a normally beautiful area with a pall while the nightly visits of the undead trampled all the grass.
When I get my hands on the game I'm pretty sure it will take me months to finish it, because I'll be stopping every 2 steps to admire the view. Everything we've seen so far is sooooo beautiful.

Wow, check out the lighting in that shot! That's amazing! And I love the trees. I'm being completely serious here. I've posted before about how much vegetation adds to the ambiance of a scene, and to see so much of it, and so dramatically lit, makes me very happy.
