I'm willing to wait and see what they do with Cullen, but I still have a lot of bitter memories with him, especially with Bethany.
Man, I reeeeally don't get why people go on about Cullen taking Bethany. Bethany was an illegal apostate; Cullen was the second-in-command of the templars, basically the deputy of Kirkwall. He could have clapped her in irons and dragged her out, kicking and screaming, then thrown the rest of her family in jail for life for harboring an apostate. But no, he arrests her as calmly and gently as possible, not as if she's a prisoner (so long as she cooperates, which she does), and leaves her family alone. He's even polite to her, referring to her as "Mistress Bethany."
I mean, wth do people want? For him to act completely out of character and say, Hawke, I just discovered your sister is an apostate. I know I've devoted my whole life to bringing apostates to the Circle, not just for our safety for their safety as well. But hey man, because you're such a good guy I'm gonna let this one go. Be cool, bro."
Um, no.
