What do we think is with the hanging mage in #5?
I've been sitting here wondering that. The war is gonna be ugly. ![]()

It seems very jarring amongst all that natural beauty. But also rather appropriate I suppose.
That cullander helm reminds me of a sallet!
And that's why I gave him one ![]()

I'm the opposite! I'm very close with my sister and brother, and we don't fight. My sister and I are practically twins. So I relate more to the Bethany/Hawke relationship than the Carver/Hawke one. Carver just seems so mean, like he barely loves his brother/sister. It breaks my heart.
I relate to Carver
Because I'm the second child, and I just really understand him, more than Hawke does, I think. Ugh, listening to them was painful, and it took me about 10 reloads to find the dialogue options that would at least get close to what I wanted my Hawke to say. She just talks about herself most of the time, and ignores what Carver wants/says. Of course it makes him mad! But I managed to get full friendship with little brother once (and I love full rivalry too! It's awesome, and it doesn't mean he doesn't love you!!!). He just wants to be free. From Hawke
It's better for him. I know it. I did the same thing (joined the templars!).
It's a glitch/bug, he's not really Hanged, based on his posture.
I wondered that, but I didn't think they'd release glitched screenshots
Maybe floating mages will become a thing? ![]()
Because I'd totally support that.
Anders escaped nearly a dozen times and all he got was solitary.
I think there was rule in Ferelden's circle at least that mage who went through Harrowing can't be made as tranquil. I have heard it somewhere in the game but in the other hand Karl was circle mage who was made a tranquil in the DA2 so.. I guess it's just difference between two circles and maybe Anders was just really lucky XD
Anders escaped nearly a dozen times and all he got was solitary.
In the Fereldan Circle, the First Enchanter decided the sentence. That's actually the way it's supposed to be, as it's the First Enchanter (and possibly the council of senior enchanters) who are supposed to be responsible for discipline. That's why Irving was so vexed about signing off on Jowan's Rite of Tranquility, and why he was so determined to drag Lily down with him. He is allowed some latitude, as he showed with Anders, but not enough to ignore blood magic. Knight-Commander Greagoir was *not* a man to usurp Irving's authority within the Circle. The two men may have been adversaries on occasion, but they knew where their responsibilities lay. Given that both men were competent and neither was greedy for more power, there was never really any need to call in the Grand Cleric to sort it out... at least not until the Circle fell to abominations. Even then, with abominations actively roaming the corridors, Greagoir sent to Denerim for authorization to conduct the Right of Annulment, and he was not about to act until he obtained it.
In Kirkwall, First Enchanter Orsino *should* have been in charge of discipline within the Circle... but Meredith was not Greagoir. She was *definitely* one to usurp Orsino's authority, and the Viscount's, and that of anyone else she could possibly seize. They had the last viscount executed because he tried to limit the templars' power. What could Orsino or Dumar say after that? They already knew that Elthina would not help them.
There is still one bound... the sash !....
True. But look at it. It's just barely hanging on... one little twitch, a strong breeze even, and that thing's history.... *faints* (One day my imagination will be the death of me, I swear.
)
Great Sword is so soft compared to.. hem.. this one (pffff I'm fed up with titles as I already told ya). But he has a nice back. Maybe I'll draw it again... and his back back.... you know (*look down*)....
Yes. His "back back" sounds precisely like the perfect subject. You know, for variety and all.... ![]()
They released screenshots where characters have their hands inside magical staffs or rocks. It woudn't be the first time they didn't check the screenshots...though this is rather big compared to the othersI wondered that, but I didn't think they'd release glitched screenshots

The Hinterlands are actually quite beautiful… when things aren’t on fire. LIKE your favorites in this album.

Anyway....
LIKE!
I have been thinking of how awesome it'd be to meet up with some old companions from DAO and DA2 (that aren't already announced). I'd love to see Fenris, Isabela, maybe Anders and Zevran. I was thinking of this story plot in my head where Fenris and Hawke meet up with Inquisition to aid them, Fenris finds out that DHMG is magister and almost kills him but later on they notice they have common goals (wanting to change Tevinter I think) and end up chatting in Tevinter's language.. lol that would be nice ![]()
Zevran and Isabela would make up as mandatory threesome change ^^;

I`m feeling a little dumb here, but i`m looking at the images and i don`t see any mage
. Where is he?

Relations between templars and mages is not good in the hinterlands, and both groups are scaring the p!ss out of the locals. The mages are jumpy, and are attacking people they perceive as a threat. The templars are looting and pillaging, and killing people they suspect of being mages.

Sitting like a ripe, magical fruit in a tree on the centre-left of the image
he/she's quite small

... Is that a dead person hanging from the tree, or a rather amusing glitch?
The latter, in my opinion.... Is that a dead person hanging from the tree, or a rather amusing glitch?
The latter, in my opinion.
Either way, I like the new shots. I'm very interested in returning to Redcliffe.
Hehehe, I love a good glitch!

Hard to say. The person is definitely in a tree, but the figure's hands aren't bound. Maybe the mage was dead when they strung him up?
I wonder just how similar in layout DAI Redcliffe will look in comparison to it's DA:O counterpart?
