This thread is turning into an episode of a tween Disney show gone very bad. "A party? For me? *puts down murder knife, smiling* Awww, I had no clue!"
I totally just saw "That's so Raven" inquisitor standing over the dead body of Sera and everyone jumping out
"Surpri-......... Ohh that's not ok."
Raven inquisitor "SNAP!"
Because her Seeing the future powers always sucked.

Hey I just met you/
and this is crazy/
here's my number/
Cullen Maybe?
I would Cullen the Cullen out of Cullen!
<- this smiley should be renamed into "ENCHANTMENT!"
So, I'm growing to love all the Cullen hate I see. It's so ridiculously pointless, like Cullen is out there in his shiny armor, on a white horse, looking pretty, and it just drives people mad. Like Cullen is trollin' the trolls with his existence more than the trolls could ever troll us. It's amusing! ![]()

If the trolls get under your skin, they've won.
Just remember... everything is Cullen and nothing hurts.

Oh Gala, that's just perfect! Trolling the trolls merely through existing. I didn't think I could like Cullen anymore, but somehow it's in me to do so ![]()

...
Maybe I will talk Cullen into letting me own a Mabari
I think Cullen will be really happy himself to have a mabari! He's a Fereldan guy after all, Fereldans love their dogs! I bet they don't allow templars to have pets too, because with job like theirs you have no time for pets. I do have a headcanon, that in some places templars have kennels (because dogs are great for tracking apostates), maybe in the monastery where they train the recruits, or maybe in some wealthy places like Redcliffe, just not in Kinloch Hold, because it's a pretty small island. So Cullen must have had a very puppy-less life. This must be fixed! And I can't imagine a Dragon Age game without a loyal mabari. I hope we can have a dog, and summon it like in DAII, and our "heroes" will chat with it sometimes. And I also want my dog to be a girl this time, but it's optional. I will love my mabari regardless.

To be honest I liked him in DAO because his reactions and behaviour felt real,I think many shy young people could relate to him at some point, despite his small role.
But I must admit that it was in DA2 when I began to appreciate him as a character, mainly due to how he evolves from the shy tortured recruit to the now confident and reasonable knight-captain.
I so agree with all of this! There is so much hate for him that I do not understand. In DAO, yeah he wants to annul the circle but look at the situation he just came out of. Obviously by the time he gets to Kirkwall he has gotten past some of his PTSD so he is once again able to function as a reasonable templar (even if he is more weary of mages), but he would never turn a mage tranquil just because of what they COULD become.
He genuinely believes in the good the circle can do for mages (my opinion on the circle is that it needs to exist but more like a boarding school where mages that have non-mage parents can go to learn how to control their powers, and their families can come and go as they please etc etc).
He is just a genuinely good person and I admire that after everything he has been through, it also helps he is easy on the eyes

lol ... so I made my possible second inquisitor using the doll-maker, and man, he looks like a raving nutter
Now he looks young cause that's how the doll-maker rolls, but I see him as being in his mid-20s.
Anyway, I just think the hat makes it ![]()

Disturbing gif but an awesome point, Gala.
I've made an even more disturbing gif:
I've been waiting all week to let it out!
(imagine John Partridge singing it)

"Our Knight-Captain Cullen is a curious man.
His lyrium ways are a matter of habbit.
He will let you go today, after fighting Meredith,
But he'll be back tomorrow to chase you like a rabbit.
He'll help you take the castles, but will ignore your flirt,
'Cause he only likes what he cannot have!
So throw into his face your underpants,
And he will teleport to Anderfels!
So Knight-Captain Cullen is a beautiful man.
And there isn't any need for us to shout it.

Oh my! This thread is moving super fast! I had my birthday yesterday so I couldn't be online much. Any news about our favorite templar?
Can't wait for the Greg Ellis video!
She's no older than Lysa Tully was when she was married to Jon Arryn, who was something like Maester Pycell's age. Just typing that makes me feel dirty. Seriously, GRRM, wtf?
Some OT stuff here:

Wow, Happy belated birthday!!!! *throws confetti* ![]()
Not much has happened, except Sera and Iron Bull were officially released to the world (check the DA Twitter or FB). Greg Ellis was in the studio a couple days ago and shot a video with Jessica Merizan, but we don't know when it will be released.
Are you talking about George R. R. Martin? Yes, marriages between children or between adults and children happened all the time "back then" ... and, actually, continue to happen today in countries like Yemen, where girls are sold to men "in marriage" at the tender ages of 9, 10, 11, and so on.
I think the producers were right to age a character like Sansa because it would be too much for us to watch a child in this situation (not that a 14 year old isn't a child, but you know what I mean). That said, it's troubling to know that what makes us so squeamish on the telly is actually happening to innocent children around the world in real time.

And on a lighter note to stay on topic: has it been confirmed that companions/ advisors can use mounts too?

Damn, no Greg Ellis video. Tbh, I figured it would be too soon for them to edit and get it posted up what with E3 and demo prepping etc. No matter, they'll probably show us two more companions this weekend on Twitter and then Monday we'll be ready for the big one!

Nopers. I sure hope followers can use mounts... I hate the Skyrim way of doing things! And in Skyrim you only have one companion. How frigging hard would that have been, Skyrim devs?! It took modders only a few days to make a proper mod.
Regarding Sansa...

It's weird, not counting Solas, there's still Cole, Dorian, and Beardy to "officially" reveal... will they double up? Or maybe announce the final one on Monday? Or maybe simply continue releasing companion info throughout the week?
Man, clearly they intend to talk about the companions in detail at E3. And the advisers, too, I hope?
Yeah I don't see that video popping up for a month at least... if ever.
