Cullen, the Beautiful

Cullen, the Handsome

Culen, the Perfect

I would be okay with any of these.

General seems like a good choice, though!

Yet, I'm sure Meredith had good intentions as well, but that stuff twisted her. Idk just my personal opinion. I mean, we don't even know if he'll still be on regular lyrium or if he's suffering withdrawals....if so, his body would react to it ten-fold.

I think Meredith was good at her job, for what it's worth. The idol simply preyed on her paranoia, amping up what was already present within her. Red lyrium seems to just amp the negative emotions, feelings, and characteristics of the people corrupted. Bartrand's greed along with Meredith's fear and paranoia.

Maybe we're back to one personal quest a companion/adviser instead of three? But that one quest is more in depth?

Hmm...I hope it's something we can revisit throughout our adventure, and not something that we have to complete all at once. I like to pace my interactions with my companions throughout the story to make the relationships seem more developed over time, rather than my 1st playthrough of "oh hai Alistair, wanna talk about Duncan then frog in the tent back there?"

Hooray! Thread's back!

I've found enough Cullenites there to read, so I don't even need to track the tags anymore.

Do you think this is true for most people, or is it more common to check the tags often?

I like any of these ", the [   ]" options but have none to add.

I maintain a bit of paranoia is healthy as a Templar. If she was at the Ferelden Circle, she may have been able to stop the whole Uldred mess. Well, any decent Templar should have known. The guy was a creep long before he was possessed. Combine that with being an outspoken Libertarian, yeah, someone should have known.

Nobody wanted to play my game before :crying: , but SnakeCode ain't no quitter!!

So, if they were to make Dragon Age into a film or HBO series or something, who would you guys think would be a great actor to play Cullen? (for speculation and to hopefully get differing answers, Greg Ellis is out of the running  :P  )

My pick would be Andrew Lincoln. He bears a (passing) resemblance to Cullen, at a glance. He can do serious acting, comedy and he's English, so he won't struggle with the accent.

Video is slightly NSFW, it's from one of my favourite comedy series ever, Teachers.

Oh lordy Andrew Lincoln as Cullen  I don't see it, but good god I would support it.

Technically Irving should've known, seeing Uldred came up with a test to see if apprentices had an affiliation towards blood magic and all. Which Irving used to 'weed out' apprentices who might never have touched blood magic if they weren't tricked by a trusted teacher.

*hates that man. HATES HIM*

And people think Cullen is a monster.

*ends random hissing* u.u

Beautiful art of a very serious Cullen.

Thank you my dear but it's still a WIP and I now await some official pics of Cullen to finish this. ;) I'd like to paint his armor as close to the canon as possible.

Yeah.. RIP Paul.

Not sure if he had the acting range to pull off a part like Cullen though. He tended to get type cast as 'hunk in car' or 'hunk in speedos.'

This thread is now reopened. Please make sure all posts are very on topic.

Thank you for swiftly sorting out that bit of immaturity.  Hopefully the ban hammer has flattened all the offending parties involved.

Anyway, I'm not a Cullen fan myself, but nonetheless I'm glad you guys have your thread back.  Do carry on with the love!

I did this photo manip awhile back on request, he was always a really popular choice for an actor to be Cullen.
