We have to protect him (maybe) now?! Aww crap, he's gonna dieeeeee. Did he use all his Mario stars in the Meredith fight?!
I think the P word is pursue.

You know I find it really incongruous to read all about these impressive, powerful character's backstories and then see something saying Cassandra, Vivianne and Varric have reached Level 2. (Maybe they meant the level in the dungeon.)
Does this mean we're meeting Cullen early in the game?
Naw, the last letter is an L. Believe me, fancy filters and algorithms have been applied to that word. Whatever it is, the consensus is not Cullen.
Could be... altho ... what Orlesian would ever say they're Orlesian only by where they happen to live...?
That being said, I don't know how international the Wardens are. Fiona was Orlesian. Duncan was Rivaini.
Wardens are pretty much the most inclusive group. Humans from every nation, Elves both City and Dalish, Dwarves regardless of caste, and even some Qunari have joined.
Good, that's less stressful. But more questions have been raised! Why is he running? Is he running? Adamant? As in Adamant Fortress? Why's he there? Isn't that a Warden place? Has he forgotten he's a Templar, silly? How long have we had this? I don't remember it? I love cats?I think the P word is pursue.
I read that second word as Warden, not Knight.

Someone who probably doesn't consider themselves Orlesian, regardless if he was born there or not. Warden first, everything else secondary.

Whoops, yeah, slip of the fingers. Typed Knight-Commander way way too often for Warden-Commander to slip out easily, I guess!! LOL
So, yeah, it says "Pursue Warden-Commander C...l"

I can see both words. ![]()
Warden Commander would make much more sense given the location.
Wardens are pretty much the most inclusive group. Humans from every nation, Elves both City and Dalish, Dwarves regardless of caste, and even some Qunari have joined.
This is what I was thinking. That just because the Wardens are stationed in Orlais, their duty is to fight Darkspawn, not that they're even necessarily Orlesian. If it's not a national thing, there's no real reason to expect most of them are Orlesian.

Naw, it's "Warden-Commander C.... l"
Makes sense we would go after him early on. I would want my advisory's before I really set out to build my Inquisition. I will need their expertise!!
nvm dear lord I can not type as fast as y'all on this thread ![]()

Pursue Knight Commander Clavis

Exactly. So it doesn't mean he's necessarily Orlesian.
Last post, I've had the same thought about Cullen. I don't think he'd identify as either Ferelden or Marcher. I think he's just a Templar, or the Inquisition's Main Military Guy Thing now. As I've thought for a while, I think Blackwall and Cullen have a lot of similarities.
I kind of agree, although I think it this will depend on whether he was raised in a chantry orphanage or by his family and joined the order later. In the second case I can see him identifying more as a Fereldan.
I got Pursue Warden Commander Clavil but ya know could be anything. ![]()

I've had the same thoughts about him too. I have to remind myself that he actually is from Ferelden.
I think of Merrill too. She's technically Nevarran, but I highly doubt she would ever consider herself as such. She'll always be dalish.
I have a favor to ask you guys.. back about 10,000 pages, everyone posted their twitter handles and a few even posted their ff.net author names, and I tried to find it again to see who I missed. Would you all mind reposting them so I can follow you?

I think that sounds fair. Really, with all that beard and muscle I rather hope he's from the Anderfels and can tell us all about what's up with the Warden's there.

wait... wut??? Merrill's nevarran? where did we learn that? ![]()

Merrill was born into the Alerion clan, which wandered the hills of Nevarra. She was the third child of the clan with magic born to her. Following the next Arlathvenn, the gathering of Dalish clans, she was given to the Sabrae clan to be First to Keeper Marethari

Holy Cow. I had no idea. Are most clans that international??
I suppose they all just follow the food supply seasonally and that national borders have little meaning to them. It's not like they're welcome anywhere, really. Wandering tribes indeed. ![]()
So interesting... searching the amazon WoT doesn't come up with any hits for "Blackwall." Also none for Solas, Dorian. So looks like searching will have to take place *long sigh* by hand.
