I always headcanon around the Cullen DA:O epilogues. All his epilogues are creepy. I just go "Nah, that didn't really happen" and then move on to DA2.
The noble dwarf is a pretty cool origin though. But I'm biased because of always playing a female Aeducan and romancing Gorim.
The dwarf commoner is probably my least favorite origin.
I love the dwarf origins, I just hate playing as a dwarf. My least favourite is the Human Noble, because I just find it really generic and I hate posh peoples irl and I hated the whole Cousland family tbh, and finally I just loathe how the story just bums over that particular origin.

Mine never got his DA:O epilogues either, it's a fortunate glitch lol! Have you ever read what his epilogues were? I can try to find them if you want?
No I have not
Thank you for those!!
I was starting to wonder what the heck I missed...glad I did...still doesn't change how i gets the feels for him and have to fan myself every time.

I love the Couslands

I don't know, I just found most of them bland. And of course, they'd throw in an annoying 'cute little kid'.

Yeah, Oren's pretty annoying. And his mom annoys the hell out of me. Fergus did not choose well there. He could have done better.

Agree!! I started a Martella Aeducan and made it all the way to Lothering, even started romancing Alistair. But finally I just could not handle her swinging ape arms. Still, I'm gonna use the Keep to make that my third world state... Martella Aeducan x Alistair, both of them remaining as Wardens.

Yeah, Oren was a bit annoying. The writers were sadists with that foreshadowing though

I wanted to see someone NEW. They're going backwards with the follower marketing. Vivienne already had a Follower Friday to boot!
Hey, this is BioWare. You know how they just love to make us antsy. ![]()
I think they're saving their biggest squee-factor news for when E3 officially kicks off. I'm going to take a guess and say Cullen will be revealed on Tuesday, the first 'official' day of E3.

My canon is still a Cousland though. I like their integration to Ferelden's politics, and I loved how my character development through the story. I still don't know what to do with Loghain though :/.

Lol!These are rumours anyway,so they wouldn't change my thoughts about him either...It's still kinda weird when people use them as evidence, since the devs have already clarified it though.

In term of origins's writing, the Dwarf Noble is the best one in my opinion, with the CE one as close second.

I prefer the mage origin. Nowt to do with Cullen, I just liked how big the place was and that I could be rude to Lily!

Well we have to have something to hold against a character i guess...never really put much thought into them guess that is good on me!!! unless I see it with my own 2 eyes in the game I don't pay much attention...unless its a codex/journal entry.

It's okay. Howe gets rid of her for Fergus!
(Ouch that was really mean... I feel bad now.)
I liked the Couslands, if only because they are a family of decent people who love each other. I really liked the parents. Although I think that overall the Human Noble origin is pretty over-played, I still like it (even though I prefer mages). In fact I'm planning on my "Countdown to Inquisition" playthrough to be a Lady Cousland.

I could have murdered her when she turned against Jowan. I mean, I get that the blood magic thing was bad, but to refer to him in such a cold way when she supposedly loved him... I dunno, I just thought she would have been more broken up about it, LOL!

I liked the mage one as well. The one I liked the least was the dalish one (which is weird for me since I really like the dalish).
