I'm really hoping we'll have options for scars, freckles and moles.

Female qunari with freckles.
That sounds perfect!

I want the sky to be RIDDLED with stars. Being a night-owl/nature-lover, I care about those little things in the environment. I also want the water to come out correctly and for there to be sun rays. :3

Ah! The ATMOSPHERE this would create. I need it.

The other thread is kind of retired. We're definitely doing the 1000 page celebration ![]()

There is gonna be a lunar eclipse tonight.
I just saw Greg Ellis' tweets, wow, lol!
So, on THAT note: What little thing would everyone like to see in DA:I when dealing with the environment? Such as: water reflections, zoom in on plants (And for them to look like individual plants), shadows, wind, etc...??

Snow.
For the romantics out there, snow in our hair, our eyelashes.

shadows from trees on characters faces
rain mixed with tears
flickering candlelight

I'm excited for everything, really. The environments have the potential to create fantastic atmosphere.
Hmm...
I think I'm looking forward mostly to how our characters will interact with the environment, though; like having to trudge through snow or mud, because it's slowed their pace, or having to press into strong winds/possibly cover their face during sand storms, or just looking drenched when it rains.
Um...
To bring this back to Cullen: think of Cullen drenched in the rain. ![]()

Flickering candlelight sounds fun :3

I can actually see him being more of the one offering his (amazingly plush comfy) fur coat to the Inquisitor so she/he doesn't get wet. ^///^

As adorable and romantic as that would be, I think at least one of my Inquisitors would ruin it and snark about how they're in full armour and you're being silly, Cullen. ![]()

Not mine, she's a bashful/sweet type so she'd probably take it and hide her face in it so he wouldn't see her blushing. :3
To have characters actually look wet while trudging through a shallow lake or pond would be great.
Stars would definitely be a plus. Twinkling stars even more so. Aurora Borealis would be rad (Skrim was cool, hopefully frostbite can be better)
I want to be running around a forest or bog at night and hear owls/crickets/frogs/various wildlife.
Crunching leaves.
If I'm walking through water, it'd be neat to see foliage like lily pads float away from me.
More things I'm sure I can think of.

Oh, I'm sure at least one of my Inquisitors would find that kind of thing sweet as hell. I just have multiple planned~ c:

Hmm... for some reason strange reason I thought of good mood music. Skyrim and Dragon's Dogma both have good environmental mood music.
Next, realistic looking animals that look real and move like actual animals. Oddly enough, Sims pets really captures animal movement well.
Good sounds... rippling water, wind, rustling leaves, birds and small animal noises.
This gets thrown out there a lot. Cullen is, first and formost, a soldier. Soldiers follow orders. Regardless, generally, of their own opinion in the matter. He expresses his doubt throughout the third act if you go and talk to him. But he is a soldier.
Do I think he might have waited too long to make Merideth stand down? Yeah. But I can also see why he waited.
He is one of the most *human* video game characters I've ever seen, and I expect the writers to continue that in Inquisition.
